Everyone I dealt with was excellent. The problem was your Traffic department. When I got the truck, I was supposed to drop off in Federal Way near my location. They said they sent me a text 6 hours later, to drop off at a much different location due to another customer renting it. I did not see text and my original location could not accept drop off due to Traffic changing it. I am pissed and it was dark, we were tired and I don't see well driving in the dark. More concerned with other customer than me, not what I would have rented the truck to do if I had known. Cost me more time, gas and a lot of frustration and I could have been in a accident. Will be filing a complaint and a shame as my experience could have been so much better, and not what was agreed to when I rented itfredrick C.

Provided the wrong keys in the lock box and had to wait 45 minutes to get the right keys. Did not provide an appliance dolly but charged me for it. I filled the gas tank back up to exactly where I found it and still was charged more for gas. The app crashed while I was uploading pictures of the vehicle and then wouldn't let me go back in to finish it. Overall bad experience.Trenton S.

I household goods went to Mississippi before us, but with your different facilities across the nation, I was not stressed about our upack boxes. The north Auburn storage was perfect and the staff were great. Please remove the south auburn storage shop from your toll free U-Haul center as they referred me to a store that's closing down and caused a lot of unneeded frustration. Both my start and end locations and the people there were great but the U-Haul toll free service line booking me into a storage center that's closing down in 1month was a horrendous misfire, why r u taking storage at south auburn if it's closing soon and not telling people. The truck was dirty, windshield was dirty. the gas wasn't full and I can't talk to anyone about it and I did fill the gas to return it so I pay a lot of many. and they charge me more than the initial quote.Maria D.

reserving access to my ubox was ALWAYS EXTREMELY STRESSFUL. i never trusted anyone would get my message as i left it with a call center somewhere, but DEFINITELY NOT at my location. basically no one ever answered the phone at the location my uboxes were kept until the actual warehouse manager Dan gave me a phone number to access him personally. he is the forklift driver and the person who retrieved my requested boxes. from that moment on it was guaranteed I would have my boxes available to me when I needed them. Unfortunately not everybody has access to Dan and his phone number so you need to figure something out because I'm sure I'm not the only one that feels this way. Furthermore 24 hours advance notice is just not doable in some occasions and personally I don't think anyone should have to give that kind of notice. I pay just as much for one of those U boxes as somebody does for a 10 x 10 storage indoors and they don't have to give notice.Nancy B.

The problem we had was the truck was on empty when it was picked up. My driver ran out of gas. The back of the truck had broken bars. I'm concerned that I was charged for additional gas. When I put $30.00 into the tank. Hopefully it will better next time. I'm a Business partner. I will to continue out future partnership. Our experience with the UHaul Supercenter Auburn team was absolutely positive and we heartily recommend them for anyone with a simple or a complicated move. The management and crew were beyond helpful, capable,and knowledgeable. We could not have proceeded through the stages of our large move without their knowing and watchful eyes. My partner and I were recognized by every staff member, and our move was fully tracked by management and staff throughout the entire process. I would not have had the trust to commit to the U-Box service without knowing that the management team would be on top of scheduling the boxes for packing, moving, and transport out of state. Their recent changes in storage area hours and rental policies effectively mitigated the impact of non-storage activities. I applaud the management team for their willingness to adapt the storage rental and facility policies to protect the safety of UHaul customers. Beyond the policies, they also carefully and consistently watch the security camera feeds, and maintain a strong presence with frequent walk throughs. Attention UHaul Corporate: UHaul SupercenterAuburn management and staff are a DREAM TEAM. There was no lock in the locker so I had to go to the office to get it which makes the online move-in option worthless. It was also secured with a super strong zip-tie so someone from the office had to come out to break it for me. My stories got broken into and I did the whole process that they provide you and at the end didn't help me with anything even with the insurance company couldn't do anything because I didn't have enough proof or receipts for my items I have stored away and and then expected me to pay rent for the following month so I decided not to pay them at all because I didn't feel that the next stuff I would to bring in would not be secure and so that they won't take no action for so I wouldn't recommend U-Haul at all to secure my stuff in storage since my unit was on the second floor with needing to have a U-Haul card to access building and elevators so how do you lose some big wheels that are Chrome and shiny with new tires and bunch of stuff and boxes leave the building without being noticedCesar S. | Overall Experience

James the manager is rude and picks and chooses whom he is nice too..he is big on stereotyping. Which isn't fair plus he makes decisions based on one sided stories isn't fair by any means. Then when His decision was made he left and went on vacation. That is not how you do or run a business. The facility ALWAYS has garbage and junk all thru out the parking lot.
