The truck was a disaster to say the least . It was In need of service the motor was skipping and the starter would just disengage. The interior of the truck was wet and door handles and cup holders full of water, AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST ,SOME ONE PUT DOG FECES (POOP) IN THE AC VENT,OR ROTTEN MILK IN THE VENTS IT WAS HORRIBLE. THEN AFTER BEING TOLD IT WAS KNOWN BY THE STAFF BY SEVERAL EMPLOYEES, I WAS TOLD BY THE MAN AT COUNTER HE DIDN'T SMELL ANYTHING AT ALL NOT EVEN ANY ODD SMELL ,I ASKED FOR THE MANAGER, SHE WENT OUT SIDE WITH ME ,AT THAT TIME SHE GOT IN THE TRUCK AND STARTED IT UP . AFTER 30 SECONDS SHE AGREED THE TRUCK SMELLED OF DOG SHIT OR ROTTEN MILK .. I did not ask for a reservation at this location. I scheduled my move 1 month in advance, and then I was "upgraded" from a 20" to a 26" truck. Unfortunately that 26" vehicle has no way of fitting into my driveway, and the upgrade was more of a downgrade in that it changed all my plans. So I called and had my move re-scheduled from a Friday to the following Monday with the promise I would not be "upgraded" again. But alas, on Monday morning I was told there was no truck for me at my location. BUT GOOD NEWS, we have on 45 minutes away from you. And then you charge my for 5.9 additional miles because you screwed up and cost me dozens of miles. I don't care about the $, but it is infuriating on a level of respect and honor. You are legitimately terrible at your job. I will not use UHaul again. You have ruined your reputation.Kreig E.

For my first independent moving experience, I was beyond bless to work with the staff here. Everyone was friendly, made the process super easy and gave great customer service. Special shout out to Lentrice for her unconditional kindness and Hannah for getting me on my way. I wish I had/remembered everyone's name to give them a shout out as well because they all made the experience amazing. They really made a tough day for me a lot lighter. Staff was very helpful. However, this location needs more employees. The limited staff had to accommodate the customers as quickly as they were able. ..this location has a heavy flow of customers at the end of the day. People are picking up,returning rentals as well as making arrangements for storage . Great location with supplies and rental trucks and trailers. I would recommend doing a THOROUGH inspection of all vessels before someone takes it on a cross country move. We drove 2800 miles in a uhaul with tires that had wires visible and bad ball joints. Very very negligent!!!!Dustin D.

This was the worst experience ever. The manager never returned calls therefore causing my account to be charged when I MOVED OUT OF UNIT THE MORNING OF. My access card was NEVER fixed for me to get access to the size where my unit was all the way on the OTHER side of the building. The slidng doors were broken and ofTEN STUCK. Pest control was absolutely non existent. I would never ever recommend this place and I will continue to seek a refund for all the excessive issues that were nwvsd addressed until DAYS or a week later and it never got fixed period. And you charge me and plus a LATE FEE??? YOUR ACCESS CARD DIDNT EVEN work and YOUR ROL UP DOOR Had been broken. For TWO YEARS YOUR store manager AARON SAID HIMSELF!!! My initial rental was at Lakewood storage in Alabama. The truck wasn't there. So the customer service rep had no option but to send me to another state ( neighboring, but over 10 miles there and back) and pick up from this location. I have zero complaints about this location, but overall, the inconvenience cost me and my family two hours out of our moving time, and we ended up having to pay movers to just sit at my house for two hours and do nothing while I waited for the new location to open up. Customer service stated they would apply the "$50 guarantee", so I'm waiting for that refund.Luis C.

The interior of the rental center was not air conditioned and uncomfortable. There was one employee working while another sat on a stool nearby doing nothing, regardless off the number of customers waiting (4). The vehicle was clean but in a poor state. The sun visor was broken, the seat belt sensor was broken, so the â€˜fasten seatbelt' alarm would go off regularly even though the seat belt was securely fastened, and the truck was very difficult to start. When I complained to the working employee, she informed me that â€˜there is a trick to it' and I would have to turn the wheel all the way to the left while holding the brake and turning the key. I immediately asked for another vehicle and was told â€˜all of out 10 footers are like that'. The truck was very difficult to start each time and not in keeping with my past experiences using u-haul vehicles. The only reason i chose this location is because my previously chosen location did not have an available 10 foot truck. I will not be returning to this location.Brian B.

I reserved a large space. Showed up and no large space was available. The man working was nice about it and was going to combine two into one. That solved the problem. I decided to not use the storage at this location because of the distance it would take to walk back and forth. It was not convenient so I decided to cancel. It took two months and numerous phone calls before it was able to be cancelled. I kept getting emails about payment due. No one ever answered the phone. One guy said he would close it but never did. Process is too slow. You stand in line entirely too long. Key pad didn’t work a single time that we tried. You also make it too complicated to key in codes. Forget trying to call.
