I was accused of stealing a truck before they verified that I actually dropped it off. I was also told I can no longer rent a van which I do frequently to move boxes and furniture. I normally use a debit card, I never stole or damaged any property. I was charged an extra day and should not have been. I also rented for 3 days and they forced me to take a two day rental. I felt discriminated against and treated and talked to VERY Poorly like I was a common criminal and I've never did anything to Uhaul. I was told I coul never rent a van again without a major credit card but I've been doing it for yearsJEANINE T.

All these years renting UHaul (30 years). For the first time in my life, the guy who checked me in asked me how I was doing actually talking to me and really pleasant. The guy who I interacted was also amazing and pleasant too. Great too see still there are people who take a pride of what they are doing!!!! All my prior experiences with UHaul never experienced this. The way I felt was. â€œWe have the best price, you need my truck, it is somewhere ther go find it, you better bring it right on time and better bring it clean, get out of my face nowâ€AHMET T.

I reserved a furniture dolly to go along with truck and moving pads. When I checked in I was told there were no dollies available. Ended up not being a big deal, but worth mentioning had I needed to move a refrigerator.Ron W.

The app process was extremely slow and I still had to go into the store and wait in line to pick up the keys. Waste of time. I could have just as easily booked online then went to the counter to do the less quicker. I gave an average score for the location, because it is average for the Uhaul stores I've been in. My return was for 9am on Sunday, and the location did not open until 9am. So i just assumed it would be fine to return at 9:30. Nope. I received a call from the location that I immediately called back and the woman was irritated that I was not there and repeated over and over that she needed my truck back â€œnow,now,nowâ€ when I told her I was 5 mins away. I assumed they must've needed it for another rental. Upon arrival to the location they already had a parking lot full of every size truck and the return line already had 8 trucks in front of me. So when I walked inside there were two employees working the counter one female and one male. As i heard the woman speak, that was the one who was rushed and rude to me on the phone and she was giving the customer she was assisting with their rental a bit of an attitude as well. The gentleman behind the counter wrapped up with his customer and was much more pleasant and asked if i had any issues and took the keys from me and said my reciept will be coming via email and to have a great day.PHUONG D.

Your app is misleading in that it says to park in the location where I picked up the vehicle, however, upon returning the key to the employees inside, I was berated for not pulling it into the return lane. I explained about the app stating to return the unit to the space where I picked it up and mentioned that app is flawed if i did wrong and he said the whole system is wrong. He was agitated and it left a bad taste in my mouth and I was just thankful that it was not my wife returning the vehicle and being fussed at.Dykes B.

Both the truck and the dolly I reserved were not available. Which is fine cause it happens. It was the woman assisting us that was frustrating for me. She was helping too many people at once and did not show any kind of understanding about not having the reserved items. I had a reservation at 9 am and didn't leave till near 940. She was not prepared and had to count drawer in front of me and the other customer she was helping at the same time. She also yelled over me to customers walking in helping them too with returns and how to get that's complete. I understand multi tasking but not to a fault.KAYLA P.

The pickup process was awful. I was supposed to be able to do it via my phone and it never worked. Then when I went inside to start the process again it took 20 minutes and she had to start over three times as well as run my credit card three times.KATIE L.

I reserved a large space. Showed up and no large space was available. The man working was nice about it and was going to combine two into one. That solved the problem. I decided to not use the storage at this location because of the distance it would take to walk back and forth. It was not convenient so I decided to cancel. It took two months and numerous phone calls before it was able to be cancelled. I kept getting emails about payment due. No one ever answered the phone. One guy said he would close it but never did. I would not recommend using the Uhaul Truck Share 24/7. I was awaiting approval for over 15 minutes, no one was responding to the chat, and eventually I had to go into the store where they were extremely helpful. However because I had originally chosen the 24/7 option, the service member at the desk had to go through the whole check in process twice. Took more than 30 minutes to check in.MELINDA G.

After having an accident while on vacation I needed something one way to tow my popup camper back home. The gentleman (Jeffery) set me up with a 10" box truck reservation for a couple of days later one day before my planned return home. A follow up call from U-Haul on the morning of pick up day was made to confirm my reservation. The actual pick up of the truck was outstanding with a full discussion of the rental contract. Process is too slow. You stand in line entirely too long. Key pad didn’t work a single time that we tried. You also make it too complicated to key in codes. Forget trying to call. I tried several times when storage fee was due. Finally got a 1-800 employee who was fantastic. Her name is Linds Richter. My email was wrong so I couldn’t access it.
