Great customer service.
Very organized, the young lady was helpful and went over the contract with the store was very clean. When dropping off the truck the guy came out, and inspected and I was on my way. Very good experience and very satisfied. I'm alwYs happy with U-Haul and will continue to use in the future as needed 😊

Check tire pressure in truck tires. I had a very low pressure tire that needed inflating.
The service is fatal, I do not recommend it, never look for more options. In my case, the car exploded a rubber for 2 hours to change it, then the car did not start by battery for more than 2 hours to arrive. Anyway, I called a friend to help me faster, they scammed me with that service, I want my money back
Have more personnel attending for faster rent and equipment return
I traveled 13 miles and was charged for 4 gallons of fuel! What a ripoff!
I tried to renew my reservation today morning but I can't, because had another family was reserved. The agent call me today morning to confirm return,. Now I oojed my invoce and had plus 1 rent and 1 coverage. Can you return this value?

Only one thing they did not remember for a handtruck
Ask for a dolly 2 times and they confirmed. Not dolly at all and meed to hire a moving company to move the furniture. Very dissatisfied with the service

The Service was great, professional and polite. The 17ft Truck was clean and in good shape. Picked it up in less than 10 minutes and drop off was a breeze. Thank you for a great moving experience!
Clean trucks on the outside they be very dirty

Have more than 1 employee working to facilitate smoother and quicker turn around. Meaning having one person dealing with pick up and the other with return.
The guy who hands the truck/van keys outside (black Afro-American), is extremely rude, he absolutely lacks in customers service skills, just plain NASTY. He talks people and customers as if they were animals. Very impatient and with a terrible attitude , no manners. He rushed me to get into the van without letting me check it on the outside but when I returned it, he wanted to take his sweet time and was inspecting it as if it was a member of the swat team. In total contrast, the lady in the front desk was AMAZING.

Excellent customer service
Representative was unhappy that I did not place auto transport exactly where he wanted it. Even threatened to not unhitch from my vehicle. He changed his mind and did disconnect and was professional after he got over the issue of placement.
John the GM was wonderful
When we arrived to pick up car dolly it had 2 bald tires and then we had to wait over an hour while they tried to get another dolly and they finally had to take the tires off another tow dolly and put them on the one we were supposed to pick up in the first place causing me to be late for my destination?
Truck had roaches in the cab
I had a very good experience with this location, GM Johnny was great and all the employees were very kind and friendly, I'll definitely be back the next time I need your services. Thank you!
Pleasant staff
Have employees learn how to check the gas gauges correctly in the trucks it's simple fractions and marking what you see on paper. The guy checking my truck when I returned told me I used over a 1/4 tank of gas for 10 miles of total driving, I received the truck on which the very nice lady (only reason you get two stars) marked correctly line before 7/8 of a tank returned on exactly the same after adding gas, even after offering to go add more gas before he was done checking my truck he said no and finalized. Either your new fuel efficient truck are false advertising or your employee can't do math either way it's not right.
Was rusted, Had to spray lubricant to handle, Everything else was good. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The associate that attended me from the beginning was horrible to say the least. I left the store in tears. I was wearing the mask under my nose because i literally could not breathe because my allergies were acting up. I stayed away more than 6 feet and he started yelling at me telling me it didn't matter that I couldn't breathe that I had to wear the mask above my nose or if not he was going to cancel my transaction. I got very scared because he pounced at me. I am 5'1 petite woman and he is a tall looked like almost 200 pound man. What was he going to do, hit me? I literally started to cry and he didn't care he continued to yell at me and offend me and I had to defend myself and yell back because no one else did. So it doesn't matter that I can't breathe under a mask, and if I faint there as long as I'm wearing a mask? That man is disgusting and should be fired immediately. I really hope they have cameras to see the whole altercation
Moving is in itself very stressful but, to have it made worse is unbelievable. That's were Ron comes in, I line up my suv like I have done. before many times. I am here to pick up a trailer . I figure it's hot so the guy doesn't have to go far to get a trailer pick up. I ask to use a door that I have used many times before. Ron replied no go around. About 350 steps vs 8 to the counter. Counter girl was great, now back to Ron by the way I went out the quick door. He saw that I was lined up for a trailer, No the one on the end. So I lined up on it. I couldn't line it right, he starts yelling at me wearing his mask, I couldn't understand him well or hear him. Apparently he is holding the damn thing up, I had no way of knowing this plus he bent down I could not see him, I didn't want. To hurt him. He drops it on my hitch. Still yelling at me..Well after all I am the expert, wait no I am the customer. Any ways I had the feeling the trailer wasn't hooked up right. But it was. For me I will never use them again . Ever because Ron there are choices out there. I will take my business to budget. Hopefully they will have a closer door for me to use. They all feel that Ron is a great worker maybe only when they are watching.
The truck was full of roaches, we had to bring it back to get another one and then the employee got upset instead of argue with my husband because my husband was complaining about the roaches to the point where I didn't play trying to cancel our reservation All in all not a good experience and then when we dropped it off after hours I was unable to check it off using the Internet and I ended up getting charged $20 for the store complaining to drop off the following morning-

I returned the trailer about 11PM. Previously this has never been a problem as the rental was simply left on site. This time I was to verify the equipment return or to return the trailer during business hours or be charged $20. I was unable to upload the photo to complete this process. I called the uhaul customer service. Got a rep that I think she called herself TK. By now we are over 1/2 hour into this return process and I am not happy at all. The agent hung up on me. I called again and left the lot while waiting for a response.Got a rep with a much better attitude and she completed the return. Thus 45 minutes, or so, to return the equipment. What was wrong with the old drop off procedure?
ZERO STARS. No truck even after corporate scheduling said 10am. Sales agents lied about equipment availability and were not at all concerned that I might not even get the ordered truck even days late. Female needs customer service training. She has no idea about empathy or compassion. All she has is an attitude.

Your insyructions need to be clear dor on line customwr. Your website is slow and did not allow me to upload rhe pics from inside and as a result i was charge a cleaning.
