We picked up a trailer 5/24 at 10am from this location. The gentleman at the front desk was pleasant, professional, and helped my husband get everything hitched up to our vehicle. The price we paid was as quoted from online reservation and appreciate that there were no surprises or extra fees and charges at the counter. Great smooth and seamless experience.

STEWART J | First ImpressionsI told the salesclerk when he asked for my paperwork on the trailer, I didn't have it because I was not handed any paperwork at the time I received the trailer in fact the dealership was not even open, and I had reserved this trailer in a week in advance, and it was double booked He gave me the telephone number to U-Haul customer service.

Michael BYour survey is bogus and flawed for a 24/7 rental. The location was good but the experience was terrible. I made the reservation on a Wednesday to pick up at my preferred location. On Friday my pick up got moved to a large central location store. When I arrived Sunday morning at 0709 to pick up truck, they had no truck for me so I had to drive an extra 25 minutes North to fleet a truck to North Hearne. So yes the store did a good job but everything before that dealing with this rental was terrible!

But the manager straighten it out for me. But they should have reimburse me for them having a truck with transmission going out. If I had to make another trip I couldn't have. Because I wasn't driving the truck like that.

VERNON JI was charged 12.75 for 1 1/2 gallons of gas. I spent 30.00 for gas and it was on 3/4 instead of 7/8 but 5.00 more dollars would have been all it needed. I’m done renting your trucks. I’ve rented them at least three times and this time was the worst for me. Will never come back.

ROBERT WI have rented storage space and equipment and vehicles from U-Haul. This location in my opinion is one of the best. No matter what area of town I live in this is the location I choose . Tyler and Daniel are the best. Daniel customer service exceeds. I work with the public Monday through Friday and good customer service is a must. Customer service is what keeps us in business. The U-Haul family you have two great young men working for your company exceeding customer service. I do not know the two men personally but from years of doing business with U-Haul they exceed and customer service friendliness and helpfulness with the customer. I have tried other U U-Haul areas and I am willing to travel an extra 10 miles to get to the Hearn and North market location.
ANNE GThese guys are great; going the EXTR Mile. The problem with the receiving location after an extraordinary circumstances, not so good. Because they could, charged me unnecessarily.
Mark GMy reservation was not originally for this location. It was for the one across the street from where I live in south bossier. I booked a reservation online for 2 days . I got the pick up time and location and when we get there to pick it up there is no truck available for us. Which was extremely frustrating. Austin was working, he was great. Bradley the manager who we called to get help with the situation was very unhelpful and rude. Austin then got online looking for another truck and called customer service. I believe Olivia is the young lady that helped us. Austin found a truck at this actual location and she confirmed it and set the new reservation for the next day. We get there at 7 am and Tyler was working and he was great too. It all worked out but no thanks to the manager at first location. Had I not gotten out of character and just accepted there was no truck available we would not have gotten the truck we needed to move that day. Very grateful to the three employees that helped us Friday night. They deserve 5 stars for their customer service. Bradley on the other hand seems to need a refresher in customer service .

Todd LThe two employees working that morning were very helpful and had the trailer hooked up, the lights tested, and the paperwork done within 10 minutes. One was training the other guy who appeared to be new and was explaining how to connect the safety chains properly. When I returned it that afternoon, the same employee was still there and he was still polite, disconnected the trailer, asked if any issues, and had me out the door quickly again. That was my easiest and most pleasant rental experience ever 👍🏻. The young man working that morning (the trainer) seemed to be an excellent employee.

Joshua TI did not want this location to start with. Your company really messed up what was otherwise a smooth moving process. Your company had my "Guaranteed rental for 6:30 pm" assigned to a truck that was to be turned in at 6:30. And those people in the truck didn't care! And then we were lied to about getting a discount when we returned the next morning at huge inconvenience to us. I only will use you in future if I'm forced. But just because you are the only option in my area, your company treats people as disposable or not worthy of the guarantee. I will tell everyone NOT to use your company because guarantees mean nothing to you. It's not YOUR life that is on the line.

The hall lighting is sometimes off and the units don't have interior lighting. Complaints aren't taken seriously and the GM seems unconcerned and unwilling to improve the situation. I would never recommend this location for storage! Their rental truck service, however, is much more efficient. The counter help is polite and courteous.

There is NO LIGHT in the units and there were rat traps and holes in the walls. I had to leave my things in the unit until I could schedule another time that I could get labor to help me move AGAIN. The person on the counter was very helpful and apologetic but the GM was a complete JERK. He couldn't care less whether my belongings were safe, that the A/C wasn't working sufficiently, or that the unit had a huge hole in the wall into the next unit. Whomever the franchise owner is should lose the privilege of representing Uhaul. This owner is negligent and doesn't represent the quality or service on which Uhaul has built their reputation..0
Kelly M | First ImpressionsI reserved two climate controlled units and was unable to complete my move in because the second unit was not located in a climate controlled building. The facility is in below average condition and I had to leave the truck locked with my belongings and have to return to the facility this morning to try to get an appropriate remedy. I am having to pay labor again, alter my travel plans, and possibly pay another day for the truck since I was unable to empty its contents and turn in the key. I am very disappointed and exhausted. The uhaul answering service after hours was very sympathetic when I called and did direct me on what to do accordingly. Hopefully this will be resolved easily this morning.
