After I parked in the return vehicle location, I had to go find the staff who were in the back of the store. I thought they would come out to the vehicle when I pulled up. After finding them - they were helpful.

I could not use the app or the website to return the truck. So that is one frustration I have. But I dropped off the key and paperwork and called the next day to make sure the truck was checked in. The gentleman who answered the phone was VERY helpful and assured me that everything was taken care of.

The woman working the desk when I came in to pick up the keys to the van refused to wear a mask in violation of local health orders even after I requested her compliance. The man stayed at another counter was also not wearing a mask. The lack of care shown for customers' health during a deadly pandemic is appalling and I will not return to this location.

Rental was a mess. Not due to the location. I made reservation for a 6' x 12' utility trailer for $29.95 on Fri. Site accepted the reservation for the equipment. UHaul called me on Sat morning to say 6 x 12 utility was not available there but that a 6 x 12 with ramp was. I told the rep that was OK BUT ONLY IF THE PRICE WAS THE SAME. When I checked in on Sunday, the rate was $34.95 and tax was applied even though I have tax exempt ID on my account. They said they don't even have a 6 x 12 utility at their location anymore. Location was too busy to fix rate or remove tax. I paid for it and have filed a charge dispute (2919333) with customer service via the 800#. What a HOT MESS!

This is my 3rd time renting a trailer in the past 2 weeks, I like the location, all workers but the person that helped me today is the best. If you want to make it better for next customer, have people like the gentleman that helped me today to help them and you do fine.

We are extremely happy with the service we received. The employees at uhaul are thoughtful and professional and provided all of the information and assistance that we needed to assist with our 3,500-mile move to Alaska. The U-Box arrived over a week prior to their estimated delivery date-- also, with no damage to any item shipped! Overall, I would highly recommend U-Box to anyone making a long distance move, both to save the stress of moving as well as the cost-efficiency.

I was shocked to learn that the only way to return a truck after hours is you have to have a Smart phone, in order to do so. This is discriminatory behavior needs to be reconsidered b/c not everyone has a cell phone (myself) and not everyone has a Smart phone (myself). So, I'm penalized $20 for not only having a cell phone, but a Smart cell phone in order to turn in the truck after hours. And your hours on a Saturday is ridiculous. You close before 9pm - I think at 7pm. Usually hours are later on Saturdays, especially a truck rental company. That's when people have the time to rent a truck to move or haul things. You close at 8pm on Friday, but most people are too tired to do any moving or hauling until Saturday.

The people at this location were extremely helpful and friendly. If I ever have to rent a uhaul or get storage place I will come to this location even if it is out of my way.

I called ahead and was told I could add a driver at the location. I get to the location and I'm told that it isn't possible at all. Then I go back to the site and add the driver and follow the steps and get the keys. At this point I'm 25minutes into my reservation and I'm told I can't have my reservation extended at all. I was rushing and it made my move so much worse than what it needed to be due to being pressed for time when I could've just been helped originally. The employees in store AND on the customer line were no help, not sympathetic, or personable. They didn't even pretend to care or fake like they were trying to help. It was beyond frustrating.

I arrived at approximately 9 AM. The location had one person working the counter waiting on a line of 3 people. It took me 20 min after arrival (I was 3rd in line) to even be helped. The like backed up at one point to out the door, and the kicker, the store with a mask requirement, didn't require people to wear masks, as the person two in front of me, was not wearing a mask.

Ill trained person with an attitude waited on me. She didn't understand trailer lights and troubleshooting. I left this location and went to another U Haul location where renting a trailer was was easy. The original prob!am was your trailer, not my wiring. Of course I was billed for the trailer i didn't rent, and there doesn't seem to be a manager there in a full tim e basis to refund my money. I would rate this experience as a complete shitshow

I've become a believer in these U-Boxes. I move about every 15 months for work so I've had lots of "moving experiences". I wish I had known about these years ago. Would have saved money and hassle. And I love this UHaul rental center. I've been renting and buying all sorts of things for years from this location. Always a friendly face to greet me at a time when, because I'm moving, again, I'm feeling a little stressed. I always feel better after I've been here. It's my "happy place" for moving.

I returned the truck at 9AM on a Saturday. I checked in at the desk and then was told another employee would generate my receipt. However, she was pulling trucks and doing everything else while the previous employee worked the phone and desk. It took me 1/2 an hour to get that paperwork. That's a five minute transaction normally. That location is very busy and should warrant another person at the desk.
