Person was new and clueless. Truck was driving crazy. Won't come back again. Your system was crashing that day. She didn't fill my gas log out correctly I put gas back where it was when i got the truck. I was tols.not to do self check out because system was down. Credit my account for gas and self checkout please. I will take this futher

The U-box originally arrived two days late. The two men you sent to pack the box refused to bring anything to the box from the apartment, as they said their only job was to have me bring the items to the box and they were only to stack the items inside. They did a terrible job at the only thing they would do, as many items inside were damaged in the move, and the contents had also become wet somehow in the process. The delivery to my apartment was late, but the workers were very efficient and good and took my items into my apartment for me.

Upgrade the servers and/or get servers to service customers within the State or Region that they're trying to rent a truck. It took an hour to get a rental on Saturday, Sept 28 due to the system crashing and crashing and stalling out. And the same scenario occurred when we returned the truck - on the same day. We waited an hour to check the truck in, and the system was so slow - we left without getting the final receipt. Luckily, I was able to provide an email address - to have the final receipt sent to me via email, which was sent on Sunday morning. And to put insult on top of the irritation of waiting so long to get a truck, the General Manger, white female, was so unprofessional with customers. She told one customer, who just wanted to ask a question, that she has heard enough questions for the day, and she wasn't trying to assist him at all. He had to wait in line just to ask his question. Mind you, that this was before 12, noon - it was still morning, and she telling customers that she's heard enough questions for the day? In addition, she was answering the phones - instead of assisting customers, who has been standing in line. The other two (2) clerks available were so overwhelmed with the fact that the system was stalling out and crashing. Needless to say, this was a horrible experience. More than likely I'll be renting from Enterprise next time.

Truck was on E when I got it, they also left the tailgate open and didn’t tell me. Took about an hour to actually get the truck even though I did the “online checkin” which is supposed to be quicker. Really didn’t seem like anybody knew what they were doing.

The check-in process through my phone was a little frustrating. When I first signed-up they said I can pre-check in and when I got there it took me 30 minutes to check in. That was frustrating, but everything else went smoothly.

I am always surprised that no matter which U-Haul store I go the service is excellent. You’ve come a long way baby!

While there were multiple people working, only one (Casey) knew what he was doing. I was there for 1 hr and 40 min. to pick up my u-box and truck, which I had pre-ordered and checked in online for. Greg was helpful but unfamiliar with U-Boxes. A female worker was late, then outside on the phone cursing at someone on a personal call for awhile. She also had a friend visit her who kept using the n word. Casey and Greg both tried hard at least, and Casey was working his backside off. I don’t know how the poor guy hasn’t quit.

Took toooo long to check out. Agent stated that he had to take my picture just because I rented a van, this wasn't a request when I rented from Sinclair Rd location nor when I rented from 5th Ave location 2 weeks ago. Felt as though I was suspect.

Everyone was very nice at this location. The EL truck ran good, but the mirrors needed tightened up, as they would not hold position, plus the door hinges on the cab were very dry, and needed lubed bad. Easy things that could be fixed in a few minutes at the moving center.

This location was good, the issue I had was they were impossible to reach by phone - I tried for 5 days and kept getting the uhaul main office operators who were for the most part rude and not helpful

Absolutely terrible experience. Reserved a storage unit back in June, only to go to move-in my stuff and learn the fact that there was no storage units left. I would NOT recommend U-Haul to anyone.

The manager on site was not easy to communicate with and did not respond to texts or calls on the work cell phone he had listed. Moreover, my son's bike that he held for us was damaged upon pick up.
