Dayne C | First ImpressionsOriginally we were put into a unit that was already occupied. We were then put in an empty unit. We were told that the system would be updated to reflect the new unit number. It never was. Months later When I tried to retrieve my things, another lock was on the unit, my items were gone, and the unit was rented out to another customer. We were paying every month on a unit that did not belong to us, and our items were gone. After debating with them for several days and verifying their mistake and our loss and inconvenience, I was told "I don't know what happened, I don't know what to tell you. Contact claims." Not a good experience and it seemed that this happens often. I do not recommend this facility.
