Do not rent from these people . I actually gave a good review on a prior rental but all was needed to see how this facility runs things . I went and changed my gate access because I had reason to believe my co workers might have been coming after hours. So what did the front office do ,they gave one of my guys my new gate code so he was coming in and out as he pleased and they going to tell me I need to leave because he was coming in late at night when they gave him the code .which happens 2 be the 4 digit code for all of my important business. Including my home door lock. What a joke

I didnt like the fact I was told I wouldn't be charged to keep the truck longer and then I go to return the truck and I'm being prompt about a different total that was more than my original total. And when I walked in the establishment the personnel was outside getting another truck ready and saw when I got out the car and had me waiting until I walked outside to get his attention.

I reserved a 10' truck to move a piano. Imagine me finding out there is not a ramp attached to the 10' trucks when I was trying to load the piano. LET YOUR CUSTOMERS KNOW! Any truck without a ramp is about useless.

Horrible mobile pick up/drop off. Would've been faster to pick it up with a representative. Drop off added extra frustration to an already difficult moving day. Truck was in good shape and clean but that's the only positive thing about this rental experience.

I didn't receive my furniture pads, didn't realize until after I left the U-Haul center. When I returned, I informed the attendant that I didn't get my furniture pads. She mistakenly proceed the order without the refund. She was not able to complete my refund, she called her manager and had her manager complete the refund. I was not satisfied that I didn't receive the furniture pads. This was my first time renting furniture pads. However, I did not want to leave the store without a statement showing that I would receive a refund, so she wrote a note on the receipt. I did receive an email 5 minutes later showing the refund amount.

I am disappointed because when I called 1-800-go-uhaul, the rep informed me that I could get an air-conditioned unit for $139. I asked her to reserve it for me. Then, when I went to the actual facility to move my things in, I confirmed with the lady at the front desk that the storage unit assigned to me was air-conditioned, and she said yes. I then proceeded to my unit and moved my things in. I thought it felt too hot to be air-conditioned, so I went back to the front desk to ask the lady to double-check that my unit was air-conditioned. She said no it wasn't, and that I had to pay $169 for that. This directly contradicts what I was told over the phone and what she told me when I spoke with her initially. She did transfer me to an air-conditioned unit for $169, but now I have to go back and move my heavy things from the previous unit to an air-conditioned unit.

I have rented from this location multiple times for various needs. However, the young lady carried on an entire conversation from her cell phone while on speaker phone. She told her friend to lower their voice because she had a customer and her friend laughed and said so This is so disrespectful to the customers. Her conversation continued while the gentlemen checked in behind me. Not only was she on the phone but the friend was cursing. The young lady checking me in was polite but also had her mask only covering her mouth.

This company RUINED my already difficult day of moving since we were living in carbon dioxide and mold, so we are already in very bad health conditions. They forgot our equipment. Charged us for two days when we had to take an hour out of our time to go back and get the equipment they forgot. My boyfriend called the location and spoke to the absolute most rude cashier in the world who shouldn't even have a job due to her unprofessionalism, she was the second of my bad day. When I asked what time I had to bring it back they said by the end of the day. When I asked about compensation for the miles I wasted they contradicted themselves and told me since I was keeping the truck longer (because of their mess up) they wouldn't pay me back. When My boyfriend and I woke up this morning before our X-ray and EKG, due to mold, we saw we were charged almost $150 for a bullshit experience. Do not waste your time on this company as they do not give a shit to be decent human beings and try to get over on you by lying and overcharging you.

I rented the truck for a day, which is supposed to be $19.95 + 0.59 cent a mile. I got the truck with a little less than half a tank. I drove it 7 miles and put the amount of gas to get it back to where I had it when I got it. And they charged me $86. They filled the truck up and charged me for the other half a tank.

Not sure why your clerk did not tell me about the after hours service fee I could have just brought the van back when someone was there!!!! This is misleading the customer when I was told I could just drop off after closing I should have also been told about the fee and I could have made a decision base on that but not telling me and then charging my card is not good customer service at all I will be disputing the charge with my ban and I you will receive a charge back for that amount!!

Truck not ready. 20 minutes in I asked about the on time guarantee and the woman did not know what I was talking about. She called manager and eventually @40 late gave me a truck that had been there. She refused the guarantee. I'll be contacting customer service. Horrible and set my schedule back.

Make sure the gas tank is Full when the truck is on a level surface. The vehicle was parked on a steep incline and the tank registered full when I picked it up. I only drove 11 miles, but had to put in 4.8 gallons of gas.

I rented using the online platform, including checking in. After all that, my truck was not where it was supposed to be and I waited 30 minutes to finally get my truck. Why have an online check in procedure when it is useless?

When I went to pick up the van I rented and did the online check in the key was not in the lock box. Luckily the office was still open and the employee was able to give me the key but had the office not been open still (this was 7pm) I would not have been able to pick up the vehicle. When dropping the vehicle off I kept going through the online drop off process and kept getting errors. The office was open so I went inside and the girl told me the system was down and there was nothing she could do and that it would probably not be up until tomorrow. I asked her if that would cause an issue b/c I only had the rental for 24 hours and had to return that evening. She said she wasn't sure but there was nothing she could do. Luckily I went back out and on the 4th try was able to complete the check out online.

Returned the cargo van in same condition I picked it up after moving college apartments. It was satisfactory at check in. I received an email later and the location added a $25 cleaning fee. That's more than the daily rental of $19.95. There was no mention of this before or after and I didn't approve it.

Not sure of the cause but a short while after I left the Uhaul center and after loading boxes from my storage unit and apartment, when I went to move the truck to a parking spot for the night the check engine light came on. It makes one worry about blowing up the engine or being stranded on side of road with all my personal belongings inside and having to get towed somewhere and having to unload and reload everything. Granted, the light was not on at pick up so it may not have been something known but at the same time maybe it was late for regular maintenance or something. Not sure. Over all it was ok.

The local store has been great but the online approval stage at the time of pickup was a little frustrating. I did it online as I thought it would be quick and easy but it wasn't. The website asked for two contact people "in case there was a problem with the return." It didn't say that they'd be called at the time of pickup but then my primary contact was texted and called (8AM on a Saturday). I would have liked to have notified my contact person about this ahead of time but there was no mention of this prior to the pickup time. It also felt like a very long time for my reservation to be approved (online) at the time of pickup. I think it was 15 minutes. These things could and should have been done prior to the time of pickup, so that I wouldn't have had to wait in the parking lot. While I was waiting for those 15 min, the on line agent was completely silent in our chat screen. After 10 minutes, I attempted to chat with the rep and ask if he was still there but I didn't get a response. The local staff invited me inside to finish the process in the store after one of them came outside and I told her how long I had been waiting for the online approval. Just as we were starting, the online rep finally approved my reservation. The local store has been great, no problems at all. The truck was easy to find and well maintained. The local staff were pleasant to work with and offered to help take the boxes out to my vehicle. I took advantage of the free used boxes and bought some directly from the store as well and was happy to have both options. The online return process was easy fortunately.

Service was Great when I picked up from Torey. He was able to provide the right truck for our local move. The cargo van was clean and drove nicely. This is closest location to my house but by far the worst customer service the rental process and return process took way longer than need be since I had already done a phone reservation. I then had to wait around 30 minutes during the return to check in a van I had under 2 hours the overall time to rent and return the ban was 40-50 minutes for a process that shouldn't take long and each time there was only one person in front of me. Secondly the location could use more parking

I was able to make a reservation with less than 48 hours notice and received a great rate to rent a cargo van. All of the employees who worked at the location were kind, courteous, and helpful. We made this reservation after another company cancelled our reservation at the last minute. U-Haul was extremely accommodating and the service was great; I will definitely be turning to U-Haul first for future moves/rental truck needs.
