Overall great service. 4 stars given because i was overcharged after the truck was paid for and gas was put in before returning the vehicle. Would advise uhaul to be mindful of making mistakes like this in the near future.

Service the computer. Check in and paperwork took a long time because the computers and card readers kept freezing. When the employee tried to switch computers, the other one couldn’t pull my reservation. It was a very slow process and I feel it could have gone quicker.

the internet was down and it took over an hour to get the truck. no discount was received or ever offered. i returned the truck way before the time and the two females were on the phone and were rude. will not be returning customer and will spread the word about the experience.

Created an online reservation for fast pickup, as I had people waiting for me to help me move in. The person working the front had to check me in like normal anyway. They were new, so it is not entirely their fault, but they probably needed more training. They needed me to open a link on my phone in shop to take a picture of my driver's license for some reason? (which was really strange, as I had already entered my driver's license number in the online reservation and they could have just photo-copied it if they really needed a picture of it. This just ended up making the check-in time even longer) And then about 20 minutes into the check-in process their computer froze for about 15-20 minutes. They had to clear the form and enter all of my information manually a second time. I really don't understand why they have the online reservations if they do not utilize them. While waiting for their computer to unfreeze, they were able to help a few other people while I waited in the store for an hour in total. This was very frustrating and really made my move-in process worse than it needed to be. You guys really need to update your computer systems, and maybe try to better the situation with a discount or something like that when you have someone wait an hour past their reservation time.

I have rented trucks a number of times and have been very happy. The van I used yesterday reeked of smoke -- smelled like cigars. I didn't have time to play around with taking it back. But there should be a penalty for smoking -- if I had clothes or kitchen items to transport I would have been even more unhappy with the smell.

Put enough gas in the tanker, wasn’t an issue for me but had I drove your car a little more distance, one could run in problem. You haul is nice, Keep your wonderful service

If the equipment isn't up to standards and does not function properly, the customer should get a full refund. Very disappointed in my haul experience.
