I vacated the unit and called the office on 10/17. I expected an adjustment to my account but instead got a bill for the next month. When I called again on Nov. 9 it was cancelled. I was told by the office that it was not processed by corporate in a timely manner.

The procedure to check out the truck was very time consuming and had many interruptions. Calling the location by phone was impossible to get any answers or help.

It was difficult to drive into the parking lot, space was too small for the amount of trucks and equipment taking up space to park. Took over 30 minutes to be waited on due to the amount of customers there and only one person providing service. The truck was difficult to drive due to needing an alignment or steering column fixed. Ramp did not work on the truck.

The equipment was clean. Our trip included light rain. The passenger side roof in the box compartment leaked. Had we known we would have better protected the cardboard boxes in that area. In addition, the back door leaked water in the back of the truck. I might have understood the back door leaking in a deluge, but not in light rain. The truck, once warmed up, acted like it didn't want to start after stopping (e.g. for gas). It started well when cold. After that, every time we stopped for gas we were concerned the truck wouldn't start again. It always did, but something wasn't quite right with that mechanism/process.

Staff is rude and act like they don't want to be there! I get that we have bad days but The past 3 times we have been to U-Haul (this location and Yukon) the staff makes it not a pleasant experience! Because of this we are looking into buy our own trailer as we are tired of being treated poorly

The representative was a older to middle aged woman that was extremely rude and aggressive. Threaten me with the police instead of asking for an update . She acts like she loaned me the vehicle. It wasn't free lady. I guess thats why she works at a uhaul, no brains needed.

Include moving blankets for free. Example: $100=10 blankets, $200= 20 blankets, etc.... The 2 girls that work at this location were very professional and friendly.

Only issue is that floors of van was apparently sprayed with a substance similar to armour all!!! I slipped stepping out of the van due to the plastic flooring being cleaned with an in appropriate chemical and I have “severely” injured my back. My passenger slipped as well but was not injured. I spoke to someone at the location and they asked if my feet where wet and I complained that they should not spray the floors of vehicles with anything that makes it slippery. She did not respond and asked when I would be returning the vehicle. I am having xrays done this week and will be retaining an injury attorney. Michael Leddy 405-757-8197

Manager is extremely rude. He was not wearing a mask but wouldn't rent me a truck till I WALKED a half mile to get one then WALK back to this location. Not likely to ever go back to this location.

The contactless pickup process was a nightmare. It was so poorly executed by U-Haul, I may not rent ever again. It is beyond inappropriate to call my family without ever telling me that would happen.

I rented a 20ft truck and the ramp was only 8ft long instead of a longer ramp and the pitch of it was over a 45 degree angle. It made it almost impossible to use it. I will never use your service again.

The dolly I requested and paid for through my reservation was not in the truck. The mobile pickup was not as quick as I thought. My suggestion would be to double check rental reservation and make sure all equipment is included. Also, let customers know what is required for mobile pick up. Ie. needing to call contacts.

No one told me about the "After Hours Service Fee" of $20.00 that is on my bill. It would have been nice is someone would have gone over it with me and told me that I'm going to get changed $20.00 when you return the truck early and with a full tank of gas. If I would have know that, I would have keep the truck longer!!!

When I received the truck the fuel gauge was at 3/4 tank, not 15/16 as stated on the rental agreement. I did not have time to stand in line again on a busy Saturday morning, with movers waiting at my house, to dispute the discrepancy. I put $15 regular unleaded back in the tank before returning the truck (approximately 8 gallons). Per my U-Haul receipt, I only drove 26 miles, so unless your truck gets less than 3.3 miles to the gallon, I was overcharged $10.72. Other than that, I had a good experience.

I dealt with a girl. She was almost RUDE. If she does not like working at uhaul she should seek other employment. She finally passed me off to a young man who was courteous and friendly. I know it was the end of their shift. But business is business.

I returned my truck after closing hours and was charged a cleaning fee. Between my husband and I we've never been charged a fee after returning a U-Haul. That's the reason we choose to rent from here because it's cheap and convenient. I asked for photos, but only received a link to look up my reservation info. I didn't see any photos in this link. I feel like it was a scam to make more money and it's harder to argue when you're doing an overnight drop off. I'm very unhappy about this charge and will not rent from this location or do overnight drop off again.

On a second note stay away from u-haul 220 pointe parkway yukon oklahoma. The manager there is rude and unprofessional and assumes customers are out to steal his equipment??

Did the online reservation, set up debit card online, uploaded Drivers License online, did the check in online and still had to wait 15 minutes to be helped. What's the point in doing online if I still have to wait in line at the store? Also, returned the van back before 7:00pm - open sign was off, door was locked and it was before 7:00pm. Had to drop off keys in drop box, but locked the doors prior to knowing that the check in process would want pictures of the inside dash of mileage, gas gauge and interior. Disappointed in the process online. Disappointed that I made an effort to return prior to closing time just to see that the doors were locked prior to the closing time. Also, the female worker was trying to answer questions I had for my cashier while trying to assist someone else. Was confused on who she was talking to half the time. She had poor customer service. Marques was my cashier and did an okay job.

The customer service upon my return was horrible the young was rude and flip when I simply advised him that he should have acknowledged my wait or the fact that I was standing out in the heat waiting for him he advised me he was the only one there and I said I understand but you could have apologized for my wait instead acting as if I was in the wrong

Robin at this location was amazing. I had such a horrible experience getting my U hual in Texas . Robin had turned my weekend around . Her and the rest of the staff were so great. After a bad experience it was hard for me to think things would get any better. But they changed my experience for the better. Super great people.

The staff on site were always helpful. Robin was a great big help every time I interacted with her. My only complaint is the phone and wait times. I could never get through to the actual site and would have to drive up there to address anything. Even if trying to call the main corporate line I sat on hold for up to twenty minutes on most occasions.

Why is it if you have a second level building and you cannot have an elevator, I'm 51, a ramp really doesn't help especially when you have to do the move by yourself, I'm not young anymore.
