She truly went above and beyond to help me during a very stressful move. She took the time to help me find the right moving materials and made sure I had the perfect climate-controlled storage unit for my needs. Sara is incredibly hardworking, knowledgeable, patient, and kind. She treats every customer as though they are her top priority, making each person feel valued and special. Her positive attitude and willingness to help made a difficult moving experience so much easier and far more pleasant than I ever expected.
