We only rented a appliance dolly, it was not even useable. One wheel wouldn't turn and the other one would barely move. Their only reaction to this was ok we will make a note. BS should have a refundDONNA M.

The manager is a complete and utter asshole. He threatened us multiple times. He has piss poor customer service skills. There was a leak in the uhaul that ruined a bunch of my belongings. And he charged us the $500 deposit when it was returned a day early. Worst experience, ever. I will never rent from uhaul again.Dustin W.

Rented a trailer in Dawsonville. It didn't exist. Had to go 45 minutes out of my way to Oakwood for a similar trailer. This other trailer was not the one I rented and I had to lift my 422 pound lawn mower onto the trailer. I gave myself a hernia because U-Haul can't keep track of their equipment. Also cost me at least an additional 15 dollars in gas driving to Oakwood. Will not use them again.Jonathon H.

I was charge for gas and I put the gas back where it was when I got in the truck. I was charge double I was told my order would be transferred for two days 79 dollars. I paid two hundred and something dollars so I will not be using this company ever again if I can help it.Jason P.

The first truck we had a reservation for was a piece of junk and wore slap out. The alignment was a complete joke at best and the ac did not work at all. Went back to salesman and he acted like he could care less. I told him I wasn't driving 300 miles without ac in the summer and I I had to bring it to his attention about trading down to a small unit but at least ac worked and would drive semi straight. Had to top off the oil with two quarts when I stopped to top off the tank the night before. Who ever does the maintenance needs to be be drug out in the street beat , rated and feathered. That was a sad excuse of maintenance, my 15 year old son could do a better job than that. On returning the unit back I filled the tank all the way up while only needing to put in 3/4 tank. I told the same salesman (very rude employee) what had happened and told him about the oil and the gas and he said he would make note on the amount and I may get reimbursed. Just not happy with this experience. My last rental was a dream compared to this night mare.LARRY P.
The van was dirty on the inside. Windows were so dirty, there were drips of food dried on the door and someone had clearly been smoking in it. The people that work there are extremely rude when I went to pick the van up. Rude as hell!!!! When I dropped it off, there was no one inside. Assisoate who leased me a pickup truck charged me for my one day then the following day I got charged for 3 additional days saying I planned another trip which I didn't and it was an extra $320. So for 24 hrs this location charged me $430 for a pickup truck .Krystal A.

The cab was not cleaned at all from the cigarette smoke or the ashes on the dash in front of the steering wheel. The smell was so strong that I had to spend two hours deep cleaning the cab so that it was tolerable and safer to drive. I have asthma and smoke makes me sleepy! It also causes cancer. So, I suggest that your employees actually do the clean-up that they say they do. I will choose another company the next time. The manager also contradicted himself in his statements and would not even offer a discount. There was no other truck to offer.Sherri D.

The access panels didn't work to unlock the doors or disarm the units. The doors were just propped open & my card didn't work to disarm my unit: when I called the front desk they just said "yeah it does that. Just leave the door to your unit open & the alarm will stop"... What?! I reserved unit 2009, but when I went to the unit to move stuff in it had been taken. I called the girl working on the internal and she came up to the building to see right away. She wasn't sure if the prior person had moved everything out and there was a lock still on it. So she instantly put me in one that was empty across from 2009. She got a broom and dust pan and cleaned it out for me and I got to move in right then. She had excellent customer service and a positive attitude.Sharon T. | First Impressions
