My reservation was cancelled by I don't know who, I didn't cancelled, after I called the 1 800 uhaul number I was given a truck, when I get to the location there was no truck available, the attendance who was not very Friendly, she stated the manager took the keys home. Finally after a long wait and assistance manager gave me a truck that was already there at the location. Why not gave it to me at first time when I got there? I won't recommend this company to anyone. Bad experience!!!

Had to wait on staff to arrive at 8 AM. Only one person on duty at 7 AM. But staff was very helpful when they arrived. Truck was newer model, clean, and ran well. Have used this location before and although out of my way, I drove the extra distance to use them again. They’re always consistently helpful, friendly, the trucks are always clean and well maintained.

Listed By Importance To Me 1. I told them I would be returning after hours and was told to leave the truck in the lane, no other instructions. There was no signage in the lane as to securing the key. Not wanting to be liable for a stolen truck, I locked the key inside thinking everybody has at least 2 keys. I was charged $180 for a locksmith and told there was a drop box by one of their poorly lit doors. I guess I was supposed to hunt it in the dark. 2. The truck pickup location was changed and the trailer was substituted for a trailer with a non-removable ramp. I only found out about the location change when I visited the supposed location the day prior. I only found out about the trailer substitution the day I picked it up. The non-removable ramp forced me to disassemble the equipment I was hauling, adding hours and labor to my rental. 3. I received a traffic ticket on the return trip for no tail lights on the trailer. Brake lights and turn signal were checked at pickup, but not tail lights. 4. Probably unavoidable but the right front tire was loosing air on the return trip causing multiple stops to add air. 5. Also probably unavoidable, the right front signal light burned out soon after picking up the vehicle.

Only issue was parking last night in the lot since some folks apparently didn't read the part about not blocking the road when you return the vehicle. But that's on them, not you! Overall, A+. Thanks again.

My wife reserved a 26’ truck at a location 5 minutes from our house to be picked up at 7am. U-Haul waited until the day before our move to call and tell me that truck was unavailable at our local U-Haul. They wanted me to wait until 10 am to pick up the truck at a location 40 minutes away. It wasn’t until 7 pm THE DAY BEFORE our move and after a full day on the phone with U-Haul that we had a truck confirmed. We ended up getting a 20’ truck not the 26’ we needed and had to drive 15 minutes instead of 5. This was one of the worst customer service experiences of my life.

Well. One thing I was quoted 0nline reservation for $168 for the truck and went to pick up and they jumped the price of $198..they said they couldn't change it even tho I had screen shots of my reservation. They sent me to another uhaul distributor and they didn't even rent trucks only had storage spaces then going back to original place. Big hassles for the move therefore day. I needed a truck was moving out of state.I had to pay it. Note these prices quored are for the truck, not insurance, taxes or other fees they add.

I made my reservations early. Came by to pick up the trailer. There was only one person working in the whole facility. I felt so bad for this person he was doing the best he could do. I wish there almost 1 hour to pick my trailer up. When I got the trailer home my piece of furniture would not fit through the opening of the trailer. The furniture was 44 inches. The inside of the trailer was 4 ft tall the lip the opening of the trailer was only 42 inches tall. The furniture would not fit. I carried the trailer back within 15 minutes of picking it up. I was charged for the trailer anyway.

Giving this rental location a good review because they had a nice facility and the truck I rented was the cleanest U-Haul I've ever had. However, if I could give U-Haul themselves a review I would definitely rate my overall experience below average or poor. Rented from another facility a day or two early online and the website said they had a 20' available for pickup. I set up a pick up appointment only to find when I arrived that there were no 20' trucks there. The website said that there were 2 other locations in the area with 20' trucks, also not true. Finally, U-Haul found a truck available 30 minutes out of the way. As a result, I was 1.5 hours late to my client's home. I asked U-Haul for a discount for the trouble, and they said they would email me a form to fill out to get the $50 rebate. It's more the 24 hours after I dropped off the truck and I've yet to receive the form.

I pre-paid and pre-registered two days prior to pick up. It took an hour to get through the process at your location. 90% of the time was waiting in line for the one employee working the desk that Saturday morning. Everyone in line was complaining. I had 7 people depending on me in Atlanta that day. It caused an unplanned and unneeded delay. Just one more employee would have made a huge difference. Is this the best you can do? To his credit, the one employee was excellent and had an excellent attitude.

My reservation was for 9:00 and it took 45 minutes to get the truck because only me person was working. There were 3 role in line in front of me and several behind me. Some customers got frustrated and left. When I did get the truck, it had a 1/4 tank of gas. The one person did the best they could but was working alone on a Saturday morning. The evening before my reservation, I received a phone call and the female said “Monica Uhaul” and hung up on me. I thought the call was dropped accidentally but when I received a text from Uhaul a couple of minutes later, I realized the caller wanted to confirm they had the correct number to send the text to regarding the reservation. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

I rented a 6x12 ft trailer to tow a side by side I had purchased home. I hooked up and drove off. Come to find 500 miles later that the trailer had kickbacks in the rear that narrowed the entry to 4 ft. a lot of good your rental did me and no I will not recommend this location or any other to anyone.

When I arrived to pick up my equipment, there were three associates sitting behind computers at their posts. One other customer was in the building. The one associate who was helping the other customer stared at me but said nothing. After 5 minutes I approached another associate who said I would have to wait. Then after about 5 more minutes, he said, "next." He was unfriendly and unhelpful. I was given the oldest and most dilapidated trailer available and then not given the opportunity to go over previous damage. At my request the associate signed the paper and left me with it. To improve, you should greet the customer when the come near the help desk, especially of they appear to be seeking help. When assisting the customer, you should be courteous and explain things in a kind and understanding manner, not assuming that they should know everything you know and being sensitive to the customer's point of reference. Explain to the customer how to get from the sales floor to the location of the equipment. Explain to the customer the process of identifying previous damage to the equipment.
