Well the Truck I Rented on that day was 2 Quarts Low on Oil and I didn’t know that until I stop at the Gas ?? Station and checked it . My oil pressure in the truck drop down to 20 going up hill fully loaded and that is having the the back of the truck loaded from TOP to BOTTOM and front too Back , so that is why I had to stop ?? and check it myself to be safe .

Was charged twice for mattress covers purchased online and then again at store. Attempted to contact online like I reserved and was told call Uhaul or email them via online chat with Uhaul representative.

This was the worst customer service I can remember in quiet some time. The staff member that helped us was rude, impatient, unhelpful and acted like he was doing us a favor. I would never recommend this location or go back there again.

The wait to return was rediqulous. There were 4 people the store at the same time and she would leave helping me to answer some type if intercom about someone unable to get into a storage unit. She would also help the other people that came in after me. I was trying to return about $10 worth of stuff and turn the trailer in. This was the same girl that called me at 415 wanting to know where trailer was. I said I was 5 minutes away. When I got there she did say they charge me another full day. Well why is she calling wanting to know where I am if I paid for a full day, I still had trailer for another 16 hours. After about 30 minutes I left. My time is worth a lot more than $30 an hour. The young gentleman that works there was great when I rented the trailer and was great when he met me outside when I got there but the girl working inside, well, I’ll just say that’s why the poor review. Next time I guess I rent from Homedepot now that they have trailers. I never do these reviews, I am far too busy to waste time with these. They just need to do what they were hired to do, or quit. I guess that’s what is to be expected of, what I hope was only, a minimum wage paid employee. Thanks.

Was not advised that you are charged by mileage . Even tho the actual rental is only $29. They don’t tell you that you get raped on the mileage charges ! Didn’t mention the cost per mileage , if I would of been advised I would of cut the trips down back and forth to my new house and. Or probably hired movers to do it for me, it would not had cost much more than what I actually paid. Was shocked at my final charges. Not sure I will EVER rent another uhaul or if I do I will make sure to ask all the RIGHT questions ! Disappointed I was not advised/warned at time I reserved the uhaul .

The mileage on paperwork was incorrect. There were no green zipties on blankets and dolly. They tried to charge me for using them. The fuel was below half tank when I rented the truck. I felt like they were trying to take advantage of me.

When I arrived the young lady had no customers and while in there she started waiting on these 2 customers also, which the 2nd one walked out before me and the 3 at the same time. I told her several times in a nice way that I was in a hurry. Her attitude changed greatly like she was personally insulted. My son called several times and when we walked outside she looked at the helper and asked if he was the one who kept calling me. I feel certain she was going to say something ugly to him. My son was not there. I really do not appreciate being treated this way and the helper either. The transaction took approx. 1 hour, ridiculous!!!

Clean the interior of vehicle after every return. Make sure any & all marks or dents on vehicle are documented and do a walk around with customer making note so the customer is not questioned about any that they did not cause. Print out receipt if requested by customer.

Completed on line check in but process at store took forever. Had to re-answer the additional insurance questions over and over again. To many forms, too much paper. Could have rented a $50k car in a 1/4 of the time to do the paperwork on a $3,000 trailer
