New people employed there this time not the normal friendly happy faces. Kind of a disappointment. Then when returning the trailer After Hours the website would not identify my account or acknowledge I had a trailer rental. Drop the trailer took photos and video, went home call the help center they suggested I drive 20 minutes back to where I drop the trailer that was never going to happen! They said I might be charged $20 I guess I didn't want to make a 40-minute round trip from my house back to the trailer I haven't checked but I'm hoping you did not. love the people who work and owned the U-Haul station that I always rent from left a good review for you even though the employees were not the friendliest as they always are

I am very upset. I was told one thing and upon return of the vehicle everything has changed price wise. This happened several times in the past. I was very very disappointed again with UHAUL. This will be my last rental with your company. Every every every time I rent. I am told one thing by the person renting and when I go back the pricing is different and no promises kept. Sad sad sad. I was in a real bind and needed the truck. I just lost my vehicle and was waiting to get my new truck. Instead of some compassion from you company. Once again I got raked over the coals. Not happy. And will recommend any other company besides UHAUL to anyone that asks me.

Excellent experience, except: I rented a 15' truck, drove it 11.2 mi and put in $6 of gas (over two gallons). I was charged for more fuel, without being explicitly informed of this. I find this offensive.

Not having 26 foot trucks available for rent any where in New Jersey caused me to do a lot of miles which is very inconvenient also receiving calls every day from uhaul is annoying

Everything was fantastic. I was trying to maximize my time and i was very pleased with how quickly i was in and out with the trailer i rented. In Less than 15 minutes the paperwork was done and the associate hooked up my trailer ( safely, might i add) and i was on my way. When i dropped it off, the associate met me outside while i was parking and unhooking the trailer and i was out of there in less than 5 minutes. Super efficient staff and location. I use uhaul several times per year and i will definitely consider this location above all others when i need equipment. Thank!

Even though this location is undergoing renovation and is working out of a trailer - it had ALL U-Haul gear required for the trip (too bad I was returning it :-) Boxes, tape, displays, USB Plugs for the truck (which I had to buy in Sheetz for my trip up from North Carolina). On-Site staff was friendly and helpful - made returning process a breeze. Tremendous selection of trucks and trailers.

When I arrived I was greeted by a semi angry older man and a younger man that weren't very helpful. I was looking to rent a motorcycle trailer and was told that the one they have was on hold for another customer. I then asked if they had a 4x7 and was told that that location does not rent 4x7 trailers. When I was walking toward my car i noticed a 4x7 trailer sitting on the lot. I went back inside and questioned the 2 gentlemen and was told it is not there regular location that they work out of. I told the younger gentleman that maybe he should walk the yard and know his inventory before he sends a customer away.

Reservation process was fast and efficient; the only thing I wish they’d change was the fueling policy. I’d prefer to get a full tank and return with a full tank instead of guessing who much it will take to get it between 1/2 and 5/8 !!!

While the truck we used worked perfectly, it was well used and beat up, with a check engine light on, agent checked with DIN meter and said there was nothing wrong that would affect trucks performance, so we took it. Fuel economy meter on dash was a nice feature.

I have rented a number of times from another location in Union County and I had some up and down experiences ( to put it mildly). I was so pleasantly surprised by the treatment and courtesy afforded me at this location. I was so surprised that I had to actually stop and say something to the people at the facility. Mike, especially, was just great and everyone else working with him was so nice and welcoming. It is a true shame that every other facility is not staffed with people like this. Everyone should take a cue from this fine group of people. And I thank them for all they did.

My experience was good, except the next day surprise. I was charged $22 for not checking in returning trailer. The rep that check me out told me to put the trailer out of the way and that's it, you can go. Next day I saw $22 charge.

I have no suggestions regarding the U-Haul center on Route 9 in Old Bridge. I thought their service was great. However, the new app that is required to be completed when returning the truck is burdensome. Completing the questionnaire was not a problem but taking pictures at night was. I understand the reason for taking the pictures but maybe another procedure can be developed which is less onerous.

My experience was not entirely unpleasant except for the tempermental nature of the website for both making the reservation as well as the after hours return of the vehicle using the website. What should have taken ~15 minutes took in excess of half an hour. I received no email confirmation or receipt shortly after process, as was stated by the website. So the following morning I called and spoke to a number of people about this. But to answer the question, "What can we do to improve for the next customer?", lose that rude, anti-customer service providing, nasty attitude having, 'LYNN from your Old Bridge office'. She is a real crass, rude, unprofessional piece of work. Aside from my experience with her, all other things could be worked through.

The place is under renovation so the rental office is in a small trailer around the back. The poor girl was there by herself and trying to do all the things. (I don't know if someone took the day off or this is how it always is) . She was very efficient at her job, I was impressed but there should have been another person to help because her being alone made for a longer than necessary wait.

FYI. I noticed there were rodent droppings on boxes & in one of the boxes that had sheets/towels; it appeared it had made a nest. But, I did notice a rodent bait trap after we cleaned out the unit.
