Stress free experience. It was so easy to book online and was guaranteed the uhaul. The guys that helped me were friendly and extremely efficient. Moving can be overwhelming and this location made it feel much easier.

coaching your staff to be more sensitive to their customers concerns I explained that U-Haul gave me the wrong pick up location and my workers were already at my house on the pay clock so time was of the essence. Her actions weren't to empathic. Also the truck should of been in front ready to go and it was not. She had to walk to the end of a very large parking lot and she was in no hurry.

Don't advertise you milage at 0.99 cents a mile on your web site and then charge $1.99. Rented a van for 2 days drove 136 miles, cost me almost $500. I don't think that's fair and will not be renting or recommending uhal ever again. Most people that rent from you have already spent thousands of dollars on a place to live and don't need to be ripped off by you people.

Notify the customer if the equipment they rent is app friendly so it saves time during the pickup process. No one told me the 20 ft truck I rented was not qualified for contactless pickup thru the app.

Old Bridge location does it right. Knowledgeable and quick staff. Moving is stressful enough. This location will take some of that stress off with their professionalism.

After confirming my original pick up point you changed it at the last minute to one 20+ miles away. Not good. Also,truck had an oil leak and left a large stain on my driveway. The people at your branch were fine. Overall though, experience was not first rate

Have equipment available for your customers at the location they request! We had to go 10 miles out of our way for pick up. On top of that, the location we picked up the truck did not have the appliance dolly we requested on our reservation. We then had to go to another location to pick that up! Definitely put a kink in our day.

I have a Jeep Wrangler & when I went to pick up a trailer I've reserved they wouldn't let me get it since my Jeep had a soft top on which doesn't make sense to me but I literally had to go back home & switch it to the hard top , I was pretty upset but I needed the trailer I just wished they somehow have it clear before renting trailers that they won't rent it to Jeep wranglers with soft tops , would of saved me the trouble. Disclaimer I have rented trailer from other uhaul locations with the soft top on but whatever floats their boat I guess...

The vehicle i rented was dirty inside windshield looks like it wasn't cleaned in months dashboard was filthy. The whole cab needed to be cleaned. When I returned the vehicle I told the gentleman that it was dirty and put it right back on the line to rent it as it was. Very disappointing

The truck had a breaking issue. Step on the break and the truck drastically pulled to the right. And it wouldn't hurt to clean the windows, the windshield was filthy.

I would always make sure in the future all items being sent out are in proper working order. I would also make sure to not lie to a customer telling them they can't have the nicer looking trailer because it's going out on a one way; then when we return the damaged looking trailer the new one was still there ... The employees where absolutely a pleasure to work with though. I would definitely return in the future.

There was no EZPass in the vehicle and I do not recall that being offered as an option. I would have brought my personal EZPass as some toll booths are unmanned due to COVID.

The representative at this location did not let me drop off the truck at another location (Newark) I had to bring it back another extra 30 miles at two dollar rate 60 bucks.

Overall great customer experience. I had some technical issues using the online system to pick up my truck. Luckily the location was still open and was now to get immediate assistance. Returning and closing out the reservation was a breeze. Will consider and recommend this location for future moving needs.

Location great more of a issue with the way things are ran renting a truck. i went 3 weeks before moving date to get 2 truck 26ft trucks received i did that because I now that could be difficult for u guys probably. When u get a bunch of people lined up to help and the day before i find out that u guys can't get me a 26ft trucks well I did go three weeks ahead because I know what i need. Didn't just walk in and say I need them today. Well u guys got me 20ft trucks so I had to load up unload at new house turn around load up again 35miles one way and because of.that I still have to unload another truck today so now I am probably going to have to keep the other truck for 3days. Thanks i guess

They rent me a storage unit and then when we go back to put our stuff on it it was locked up and then we have to drive back miles away from there to Syracuse new York to find a storage unit for more money and then after we pay in full a 10×15 they took our money and put it on the truck. Not very helpful at all.

FYI. I noticed there were rodent droppings on boxes & in one of the boxes that had sheets/towels; it appeared it had made a nest. But, I did notice a rodent bait trap after we cleaned out the unit.
