I lost everything in a fire I mean everything and I was compensated nothing. I lost things that were monumental to my family my kids. All overnight ! And because I didn’t have rental insurance (which should be included in all units and what I thought I was paying for) I was not reimbursed for none of the items I lost.

Acces to storage unit difficult Due to U-haul trucks parked getting in &out of units,I was Extremley disappointed in the way theu Handled themselves I had just Driven a 1,000 miles and to be greeted in the manor I was Recommend that Facility. In Florida I was Actually considering starting a u-haul Rental place. I've been looking to invest in something N Make $ but if that's the reputation U-haul will be showing I'm not sure my hard work would give me any profit Highly disappointed. But the Florida U-haul was not asgrandish looking but much more personable. Sometimes that makes it or breaks it.
