JOHN PI have rented from this location in Yuma Az three consecutive months in a row and the service was always excellent. I would highly recommend this u haul location .
Judy RI reserved a pickup truck a month before picking unit up. When I arrived from out of state there was no truck for me? The gentleman at the front desk found a large 20 foot moving box truck to use instead. This was very obnoxious and too long to back a travel trailer into the RV spot. I drove it 16 miles and was charged $48 for 8 gallons of gas!??? Usually the pickup truck uses 1 gallon of gas to drive 16 miles. The box truck was getting 2 miles per gallon with no load ????? Unbelievable. I drove it 4 miles in town and 12 miles on the freeway. 8 gallons to go 16 miles!!!
RANDY NI rented a trailer on Wednesday, paid deposit, and by Sunday I still did not receive my deposit back.
ISLA KThe uhaul app to retrieve and return vehicles is not user friendly. The app freezes in the middle of the process and also makes you repeat pictures and entries, over and over.

WILLIAM MWe had a blow out 40 miles out of Yuma AZ. We waited almost 4 hours for roadside assistance. When we finally got to our destination the Uhaul that we dropped it off stated that the other 3 tires were at 15 psi & 25 psi that they were surprised we made it without more blow outs. That Yuma az location should have checked all tires before we left. We’re glad we made it safety to Colorado. General Manager was advised at drop off location

ISABEL FI'm bad with names, but the store manager in yuma is a top notch employee. He went above and beyond to help me with both of my rentals. You don't find employee s like him anymore, and uhaul should do everything possible to keep him..
STEVEN DThis is a very good crew they all work very well together. Joseph D was excellent from the good morning to have a safe trip. If he is not a manager he should be. I have been dealing with different ugauls for quite sometime and this crew want to make you experience as best as they can. I wish they all ran this smoothly. Kudos they all love their job and it shows. I will be leaving a google review as well they deserve all of the praise they can get.

CHARLES HThe outside labor worker was excellent. Name is Damian. However the office person should not be representing Uhaul. Not in the office for 20 min while customers formed a line and never once helped the outside guy, even though there was no work in the office and outside he was swamped.

DANIEL RRESERVED AT 20 FOOT TRUCK BUT YOU DIDNT HOLD ME A 20 FOOT TRUCK. WHY MAKE A RESERVATION? ANYWAY YOU HAD A 15 FOOT TRUCK AND I HAD TO PULL A TRAILER. LIFE GOES ON LOL. EVERYONE WAS NICE AT BOTH LOCATIONS YUMA AND DROP OFF IN STOCKTON.
ROBERT MReally disappointing that I have to provide a local address at this specific store to be able to rent. How is that possible when I’m from out of town? Store clerk was very rude about this. Not sure it makes much sense.

OAKLEY REverything was AOK until the truck broke down. Even the roadside assistance was excellent. One thing I'm waiting for is the management's decision to charge me for a day instead of three days. I was told by the receiving crew, when I returned the truck, that I will only be charged for one day, by reason of the truck breakdown.

The Hwy 95 Bullhead City branch was a dump and poor customer service gave me a truck with only 1/4 tank of gas, I don't like this because it's very difficult to bring back on exact 1/4 tank, and there is no refund on extra gas which is BULLSHIT! if they give no refund then they should mandatory ALWAYS rent trucks with full tank of gas. I returned the truck with 1/2 tank of gas, (OF COURSE I can't siphon it out) the manager at this location gave me a VIP card for my next rental the limit of the cost of the 1/4 tank of gas I had to give them for free, because of LAZY manager at the Bullhead City AZ. branch. If this is uhaul policy I will have a problem with this in the future because gas is too damn expensive to be giving it away for free and if it's a uhaul skimming/tricky/malicious tactic to scam more money. I don't like that.
DWAYNE PNo, I would not recommend this location. I reserved my truck from Yuma originally. More than three weeks almost 4 weeks in advance. 14 hours before I was to pick up the truck I received a phone call from Uhaul stating that my truck that I had reserved to pick up in Yuma was not available. That I would have to travel at my expense to Quartzsite, Phoenix, or drive to Blythe, California. This is all at my expense and my inconvenience not theirs. So no I would not recommend this location or Uhaul to friends or family. I flew in from out of state to move a family member and to drive the 26 foot truck with an auto transport for them. This was a very big inconvenience that they dropped on me just 14 hours before I was to pick up this truck.
FRANCES MOriginal drop off location was closed and extremely inconvenient. Wasted 45 mins of my life and gas money as a result of this.

RICHIE MOverall I think this is a fantastic U-Haul rental location. Great quality of quality vehicles, trailers, and supplies. At the same time I had the worst customer service of any of the dozens of U-Haul stores across several states here I have ever had. Maybe the other staff is better, but I had an extremely rude, unhelpful, and arrogant young man named Damian T. He was there when I rented and returned equipment, and you would think customers were a nuisance and the bane of his existence to this guy. I do not know if he is related to a manager, but I cannot imagine anyone allowing this sort of customer interaction without reprimands or training. I have managed and worked in customer service and still do, this guy should not be allowed within 100 miles of a customer facing service job. Just extremely rude. Talked to me and the people in front of me like I was a moron and looked annoyed during rental checkout, sarcastic and passive aggressive. I thought maybe he was having a bad day then. I returned my rental at 6:32 the day of, and he walked outside all annoyed. I asked what process is and he says “let me stop you right there. We aren’t closed yet but it is after 6:30 and you have to check in on the app” then just walked away like he was mad that I showed up. I walked in and told him I was going to write this and he said he just follows policy, so I told him policy is one thing but a rude personality is not the same thing. So he told me to leave the store. I don’t wish him fired or harm, and maybe he is truly ignorant of how he comes across, but get this guy some training or a job in the back away from customers if you want to keep good ratings. Customers are good people that are exhausted after moving and don’t need someone being rude for no reason. I probably could have been nicer in my interactions with him afterwards but he just kept being rude, and I could not believe I had to be dealing with this.
