No one available when you return your equipment & they charge you for after-hour fee when you return the equipment prior to closing. Seems like this location does this hoping the customer won't notice.Bill K.

The technician stripped one of the bolt holes and was unable to complete the job. I am positive he cross threaded the bolt and messed everything up. Now I have to go back to Honda and see if they can machine out new grooves to except a bolt. I'll be filing a claim. The only feedback I got from the manager was that it wasn't her fault. very very disappointed as you can imagine.DOUG M.

Problem was we booked online for same day someone called while we were on our way there. I called right back and had to go through their phone system. Spoke to someone and they said no problem. We get there and they tell us they can't do it today! What is the point of online booking! Place was 1 hour away so 2 hours and nothing. We rescheduled for 2 days later and everything was done nice and quick no complaints there. But what is with online booking? It should have said not availableLillian M.

Not be rude. Not charge 25$ because you refuse to let me throw something away. "We don't have a public dumpster" So you are going to charge me.because you won't let me throw this away? "Yes" The lady was rude from the start to the end....the only thing in the back was a dog bed.... Like I said they were very rude. Even the person who called me to ask if I was bringing the vehicle basically yelled at me on the phone while I was actively on my way to return it. They said they would take 60$ off to return to this location but this location is assholes and charged me an extra day. Never again. Budget truck or Penske next time.Haley T.

I had an appointment arranged by uhaul on line. Uhaul ordered a hitch and wiring harness for my 2017 sportage. Appointment was at 10 am. On arrival I was told that it was not in the store. And lady asked me WHO called and said to come in?? On rechecking the hitch was in the store. I was then told I would be the next person to have work done. That someone was ahead of me. My appointment was at 10 am and it was 10 am. I waited until the OTHER person was finished and then they started on mine. I was waiting for completion until 3:00 that's a 5 hour wait. I did receive a $ 100 discount on my $400 cost.Frances P.

The ending was confusing. When I went to the U-Haul website to return equipment, it seemed as if the website wanted to charge me double. So I checked the box that says, "I do not understand/agree to the charges." But I already paid for the milage, day, and fuel. I could be wrong, though.JOSHUA B.

I have rented 3 times in last 2 weeks from this location. I have pucked up 15 foot box truck with a tow dally, and box truck had halph tank of gas, and I was told to put exactly thesame amount of gas when i drop it of. Once i droped the box truck of, the next day I have received a receipt for $64.00 gasoline bill. I did exactly what I was told, and still got overcharged for the fuel. Not happy customer.amir A.

Our personal truck broke down that caused our trailer rental to be returned 3 hours later than originally planned. We were charged $31 for this. You should waive additional fees when you have product on the lot, and returns are due to unforeseen situations.Richard L.

Pulled into the designated equipment drop off area (great signage), two staff members immediately came out and verified the equipment we were returning, checked everything was good, and then instructed us where to go in the lot to drop off the trailer and he would meet us. We were told that we were renting a covreed outdoor space with. It turns out that the electricity is nly on for a few hours at a time. If we were to turn on the small refrigerator in the RV to put food in prior to a trip, we would have had a real problem to find that it had not been running. I was told I had access at all times. That's further from the truth. Each time I need access to mu unit I had to either have trucks moved or could nkt access. Using the alley ways in front of the storage units for your paying customers access for your overflow parking of your moving trucks is unacceptable. I spent alot on money per month to have little access. When I communicated my frustrations to the staff I was told basically to bad... it's the only place to park the trucks. Your overflow and logistics of the company's vehicles is not my problem. Access to a unit I pay for should have been their priority and resolved the problem. I've moved my belongs to your competitor and will continue to advocate to my friends and family anyone in need of storage to steer away from Uhaul storage.Frank B. | Overall Experience
