The inconvenience of getting into the storage unit between ur open hours madebit difficult since I work second shift and it woukd have been more convenient to stop on way home from work. But the fees/fines u gave for being in my unit after hours is the most ridiculous thing I have heard of with storage units. Which is the reason for me leaving!!! The installation of the hitch on my vehicle was unsatisfactory. When we drove it home the passenger side brake light did not work. Upon returning to the location to ask to have the installer check the light he would only say â€œEverything worked when I completed the job.â€ When I brought a receipt from a car dealership service department indicating a wire was not attached the manager offered to reduce labor costs on my bill to cover my payment to the car dealership. Everything else related to trailer pickup and drop off was excellent.Norman K.
I was charged for damage that did not happen. And because the front desk staff did not tell me to complete the pre check that was sent to me via text after I was already on the road, there was no way I could prove I did not cause the damage.Chelsea C.
Booked through a gentleman and he said I could leave truck in Fredonia. I get a call the afternoon before I move saying I have to bring it back to orchard park. Then they proceeded to charge me miles both ways! I asked for manager to call me when I returned truck and the lady at the counter told me she would leave a message. It has been over 3 days and I have no response. I also booked movers from here as well. I booked with Kimya and the movers never showed! The owner would not communicate well with me. The other movers we hired in Fredonia from T&A were wonderful and efficient. Overall, I do not recommend this location very poor customer service and costing extra when it should not.Ashley R.

I had a brand new GMC van, you should reintroduce this model for the entire fleet! Fuel economy was well, backup camera eas extremely helpful. Cage cargo area felt secure and sturdy. However, I would build covers to go over the interior of the back wheels to prevent damage. Other then that, two thumbs up!Michael W.

Upon dropping the trailer off, the young man stated he was going to send me a receipt. I did not get a receipt. I received a call from another location (which was the original drop off location) that I did not drop off the trailer. I had to call the Orchard Park, NY location and demand a receipt. Making that extra call was annoying and took time out of my day. They should have sent me a receipt via email right then and there.Jennifer S.

Some of your people are so toxic that I will now go to this store only as a last resort. I had a hitch installed on my new car and rented a 5x8 trailer 2 weeks later. Some people were so unpleasant (an assistant manager and his girlfriend) that I went elsewhere to buy the bike rack, kayak rack & roof rack. I'm also shopping for my own 5x8 trailer. To be fair, many of your people are really good but a few bad apples make everybody look bad. Also, some of your policies put your people in unnecessary conflict with customers. I stood in line and had to listen to a guy who had to be out of his apartment for month end and had a 1 way rental to move from Buffalo to New Jersey. He was given 2 days notice that you wouldn't honor his reservation. That put him in a terrible position and that's no way to treat a customer.Mike N.

The truck that was given to me was pulling to the right. The brakes pulsated when applied. I was also charged an additional hundred dollars for mistakenly locking the keys in the truck. Had I known there would have been an additional charge for mistakenly locking the key in the truck I would have called the local police department to come and assist for free. I absolutely will never use your company again and I will also advise anyone that may ever ask for a recommendation for a moving truck to go else where. And that is sad for me to say since this is the third time in almost as many weeks that I have rented from that I haul location.Andrew N.

I don't care if I came in two minutes to close, until that door locks at closing time I expect to be able to complete my transaction. A simple equipment inspection is all that was required for return, it's not like I was opening a new contract or buying 75 boxes. You could have been done in 30 seconds.David K.

Very disappointed in the gas refill method. I saw that I was supposed to put in 25.9 gallons to bring the level to the original pick-up amount. I was also told the tank was 40 gallons. I put in 27 gallons because I still had 20 miles to get back and thought that would be enough. The level went up past FULL! So, I put in far more than needed and is not possible that the tank was 40 gallons. I bit minor, but disappointing.Dan G.

They gave me the wrong van. I specifically asked for the Ford, was told I'd have it, didn't notice till I got home that it was a Chevy. The customer service at this branch was terrible (except for Erin) every one else had such a negative attitudes and was rude on multiple occasions and on different days. I'm particular Tom was rude, not helpful, and couldn't bothered to even listen or assist with the order. I would suggest someone go into this branch and evaluate how they interact and speak with their customers. I work in customer service and I would not dream of speaking to a customer that way. The only saving grace of this location was Erin B. She was so incredibly kind and actually cared. She even had to stop one of her coworkers (Tom) from yelling at me. The staff was not friendly. Told me I could not use my Bank debit/credit card for my transaction. When I asked why they said nothing just that I could not use it. Was super glad I had a credit card with me. Had to place on my debit card when I was done. Now I have no way of knowing when my payment is going to be taking out. We were extremely impressed with the facility and staff. We stored on the second floor because we were concerned of potential dampness, however, after several visits we learned that due to climate control we were doubtful that would have been a concern. The facility was kept clean and safe. The staff extremely polite, helpful and professional. It would have been nice to have lighting inside the "stall" but not an absolute necessity, otherwise the overall facility was well lit. The price was comparable to other local storage places but far exceeded the quality of the metal free standing storage sheds we had visited at the time. So far, so good. Just moved in!! Pleasing and approachable staff. Good location, hours, security and parking . Clean and dry (not damp) inside storage area. A service elevator would be nice to access second floor areas and a little better lighting inside the cubicals, but neither are necessary. We rented an upper 10x10 and a lower 15x10 unit. We were NOT told that the upper unit had a huge roof support beam running through the unit. When we checked in, we asked for another unit without a beam. We were told they only had smaller units available without the beam.
