System was down when trying to pick up trailer. Poor associates were trying to manage customer flow but were definitely overwhelmed. When returning trailer, gentlemen there had really no clue on how to proceed since he didnt know where I got trailer from (spot in lot). Didnt have me sign anything that I returned it on time. Had me leave it smack dab in the middle of the lot so everyone had to go around it (I was unable to backup up a trailer so I was going to leave it in the back lot but he had me leave it where I was) - it was 6:30 at night about so I guess no one was really going to be inconvenienced. Never knew if I was only going to be charged for one day or not until I received my receipt in my email. Definitely a lower level of customer service than what used to be there. Didnt know there were different 6 x 12 trailers - needed one with a ramp and didnt realize only got one with a drop gate and didnt go well trying to trailer a golf cart home. Wasnt asked if I needed one and didnt know to state I needed one when picked up. My fault also but didnt think webpage stated different trailers either. Convenience is why I use that location for sure.

ERNEST CIt was a Saturday and we (my wife and I) had to wait over 20 minutes for someone to get open for our return.
PETER EFirst time I have had a problem. The attendant did not know how to attach the trailer to my hitch. I was sent away to get another vehicle. A different attendant was there upon my return and knew exactly how to attach despite the very same difficulty.I was told my 24 hour rental would be extended by the hour I lost. However, I received warning calls to return the trailer just to minutes after my ORIGINAL return time... without recognizing that I still had an additional hour. I was enroute anyway but it was overall a problematic experience given the fact that we were moving in a short window to avoid rain. I hope next time is better.

Richard FThe windshield wiper on the passenger side was unusable. I had to take it off in a downpour and drive without it. Also, when I was driving on the highway, the wind blew the mirrors in. So I was driving in a rainstorm with no wiper and no mirror. Completely unsafe. I'm very surprised at the lack of maintenance on this truck. I've never had issues before, so I was very disappointed.

DANIEL AWasn’t happy when the charges hit my account. For only renting a truck for 3 days being charged $150.00 is a little much considering that the price to rent is clearly on side of truck ($19.95 per day) it’s all the little that gets you. Will not rent truck again
BARBRA ETrailer ramp pins where hard to remove to lower the ramp down to load I had to beat the one pin out with a hammer and push sideways on the ramp at the same time. I would suggest better inspections and maintenance on your equipment

RICHARD S6x12 enclosed trailers should come with a tongue jack to allow for removal from the hitch. My loading area did not have enough room to leave the truck connected to the trailer. I had to use my own auto jack to lift the front of the trailer, and that made things a bit more complicated.
DARREN KAgent was extremely helpful and told me exactly what I needed to suit my needs. I had reserved one trailer and he informed that it was too big for what I needed and recommended the perfect size for me. I would definitely recommend them for anyone needing to transport any type of cargo.

JAMES PThe attendant said the gas gauge was at a certain mark. When I got in i noted that mark and wrote down that the digital miles left to empty was at 308. I returned the vehicle with more gas than when I got it and wrote down that the digital miles to empty was at 318. I definitely returned it with more gas than when I left and as usual I still got changes snuck into emailed invoice. This happens every time I rent a vehicle no matter what the company. It's sad to see poor people that have to rent trucks getting ripped off all the time. It's a shameful way of making a little extra profit.

JAMES SIt was Labor Day weekend, a huge moving weekend, but UHAUL decided that only one employee staff this location with one other trainee. Neither of them knew how the car trailer worked, aside from the hitch to the truck. I paid for/asked in advance for assistance. Thankfully some strangers were able to help with the tire straps or I would not have been able to move. The two employees were GREAT. They deserve every credit for keeping their wits about them and doing everything they could to assist.
Nic DThe appliance cart had bent handles and was missing a belt that helps the cart down. They didn't have another one in stock and we were still able to get the super heavy washer downstairs.

Then when I called to complain about this because we spent more time detailing the van we rented to move storage out we didn't even have. A chance to get all our belongings out because my husband had to detail and wash the outside of vehicle , and we paid our own money to go through a car wash and there were crusted dead bugs on the van and every vehicle that was next to ours was dirtier and dirtier it was disgusting I will never come to this location again I'm sorry !

John B | Overall ExperienceMy unit had a rusted out door that scratched some of my items and dropped rust particles on my things. It was a storage trailer sitting on the ground, so, in the winter, it was basically inaccessible. The unit leaked water in the far back corner that I never knew for 2 years. Fortunately I had my furniture wrapped in plastic because there were PUDDLES of sitting water and my furniture was damaged. I didn’t have the insurance apparently, event though I was paying a lot per month for the unit, and basically was handed a pamphlet and told too bad. Glad to be out of there.

We stored on the second floor because we were concerned of potential dampness, however, after several visits we learned that due to climate control we were doubtful that would have been a concern. The facility was kept clean and safe. The staff extremely polite, helpful and professional. It would have been nice to have lighting inside the "stall" but not an absolute necessity, otherwise the overall facility was well lit. The price was comparable to other local storage places but far exceeded the quality of the metal free standing storage sheds we had visited at the time. I hated to leave but my wife said I was out of the dog house and I could now return home (just kidding!). Wayne

A service elevator would be nice to access second floor areas and a little better lighting inside the cubicals, but neither are necessary. The rental price is comparable to another facility I checked out but I found this a better facility. I give this place a thumbs up.
