This is the first time I was treated like I mattered to the person helping me. Jake was very helpful in explaining everything I needed to know. He answered all me questions and was understanding to my many disabilities. To include poor hearing, bad eye site , arthritis and not being able to life the 20 & 10 pack of boxes Jake helped me to purchase for my move. Witch I would have had to come back for if he hadn’t gone through the hole package I needed to move. Another employee offered and took the boxes to my can without even asking for help. Now that is serve with a smile . You can tell that the other employees have picked up on Jake’s leadership stile . That young man deserves credit for jumping in when an old man needed it. I am sorry I didn’t get his name. I could go on about the other things they filled me in in that I didn’t know , but you get the idea . I will now tell everyone how I was treated and taken care of by your staff. Thank you and your company! Russ Wolff I also order another truck for my April 1st. move to Two Rivers Wi. And I will rent a storage units when my free month is up.

The locks on the cargo are terrible. The after hours drop off box was broken and there was no good way to return keys. Personnel was good but frustrated with lock and drop off issues. Wasted at least 30 minutes and had to leave keys and hope everything would be ok

The alignment was way off on the vehicle making it hard to drive. Additionally when I went to drop off the vehicle only 1 out of 3 employees were wearing a mask and we're not enforcing the mark policy stated on the door for the other customers not wearing masks.

The lady was very short with us when we were standing there waiting on her to answer our questions while she checked the truck back in, basically told us we owed extra money for mileage and as soon as the payment went through told us we were done but never answered our questions. So, basically took my money and dismissed me. My rental was not ready at 6am like requested. They don't take $50 off for the “guaranteed rental” the lock on the back of the truck was the wrong lock. Thankfully a U-Haul represtative got to work early and quickly got us another truck. Took an hour and had to pay my helper for the wasted time. Hidden fees on the insurance, they will charge you $14 more if you go over the miles that there system generates. So if you have to make two trip your pay an extra $14 plus .040 a mile. Even if you return the equipment a day early. Scam artists.

Commented fraud by overcharging my debit card after the equipment was returned. Make sure you take pictures with a timestamp of the equipment when it is dropped off at this location.

This is a uhaul only business and it shows. There is a giant parking lot with a very clearly marked area for drop offs and an associate came out to greet us and get us on our way immediately. This was a wonderful experience.

The only thing I recommend is having more than one person running the service area. There were several customers waiting when I was being waited on and I could tell there was some issues since it took awhile for the other customers to be waited on.

Driver was unable to deliver ubox due to illness. No back up driver. I had to scramble to find a truck and go pick up ubox, quickly load, and drive it back so it could get shipped. On delivery the moving company which was selected by uhaul went out of business, no one told me until day of so I had to scramble the figure this all out. Had to cancel and reselect movers. Too stressful. One part of uhaul does not know what the other part is doing. Got phone transferred around for several hours

Equipment was fine for a rental unit, but was not cleaned after its last use. lots of styrofoam pieces all over the inside of trailer. No big deal, even the help said it should have been cleaned out better. But you asked so I'm sharing.

I was renting a trailer to haul some brush. Your agent didn't know the difference between a utility trailer and an enclosed trailer. Then he said he didn't have the size I wanted and was looking for another size, then he realized he had the size that was out front. Then for some reason, he added on a hand cart and a bundle of blankets for me to haul brush. I wouldn't trust this guy to rent paperclips.

Didn't receive the 26 foot truck I reserved. Had to get a 15 foot instead. Due to lack of availability through 24/7 pick up. Spent over an hr and a half in the parking lot with customer service trying to pick up my truck. Then had to make two trips with a smaller truck doubling my miles in town. Which if I had gotten the truck I originally reserved this would have never happened. Was still charged full price for everything with zero compensation. Overall it was a mess and I wouldn't do it again.

They are getting worse every year, why the hell aren't they in the buildings working everyone else has to be? No reason for them to be getting paid as much when they don't have anyone really working, no overhead. BS they probably got a ton of money from PPE loans also, nothing but a scam, this should be considered an essential service, get to work UHaul Poor internet service, hard to checkin took almost an hour to complete the check in

The young man here was excellent. However he was all alone with no other staff. My service as a moving help affiliate was unable to be completed as ordered due to lack of staff. Although his service was great uhauls staff to customer ratio was subpar at best. That guy needed help. He was phenomenal to say the least.

Jacob is a goddamn rockstar and is hands down the best person I have EVER dealt with, went way over and above, all with a smile, despite being clearly, blatantly understaffed. Whoever at corporate needs to hear this, this is your quarterback right here, give him the team he needs to succeed. Both times I was in this location, Jacob was the only person working, handling multiple clients at the same time. If there were another person on staff, the customers wouldn't be waiting and thus growing frustrated. It's a bad reflection on the company when you have an excellent location, and an excellent manager, but no support.
