I was given a business card by the man who took me through the place and who also set up my account so I know his name is Ken Knoblock. He answered all my questions and made the entire transaction positive and seamless. He even went ABSOLUTELY above and beyond and came back to the location after business hours to help me get in when I wasn’t entering my information/card correctly. The facility was clean and bright and I loved how there was music playing. The bathroom was spotless too! People do notice these things and Uhaul can be proud to know how well managed the Koeller St. - Oshkosh location is!!

The only issue I had was alarms occasionally going off while I was in my unit. I had properly completed check-in so I suspect that it wasn’t me, but perhaps some other unit. The alarm was very loud and scared me. I understand that the alarm has an important purpose, and I am glad that it is present. I absolutely would recommend this storage facility to anyone looking to store their items using the “one month free storage” promotion.
