Edwina H. | First ImpressionsCheck in associate was negative and not very kind. I confirmed I ordered pads and were told they were in the truck. When I got to destination an hour away I learned they weren't in the truck. I called and was told I could charge them to that location from another location and didn't even get a simple Im sorry. The truck was fine and retune associate was wonderful but an awful experience overall and very frustrating and put me in an embarrassing situation with a medical device at a MLB team and caused me to be an hour behind to meetings all day. It wasn't just an oops, it was a big deal to me.

Aaron O.I was contacted by U-Haul and asked to change my pickup to this location. I had no problem with that. My pickup time was for 9am. At 9:30 I got a call asking when I'd like to reschedule. I was doing a no contact pickup so I figured I had a little wiggle room with the time. I told the lady I didn't want to reschedule, I was on my way. She seemed upset that I was running late. I explained that my bank card had been stolen and I had just got a replacement and was on my way. The self check-in was tedious. I understand the need for verification, but asking me to wait while U-Haul calls my daughter to make sure it's me after asking for a video and a copy of my driver's both front and back seems like overkill. After I got verified, I was instructed to go to the back of the truck to retrieve the truck key from a lock box. The box was not where the picture showed it to be. I looked inside and underneath as well. I noticed that it said it was in lock box 1 so I thought that there must be lock boxes located elsewhere. I found some numbered 6-9. 6 had a lock on it so I tried the code. It didn't work. I looked around some more but couldn't find any more lock boxes. Confused, I went into the store. The lady asked if I was ready for my key and handed it to me from behind the counter. I signed up for no contact but still had to enter the store. The lady could see me the entire time and there were no other cultures, yet she let me wander around without stepping outside to see if I needed help. Even though I got extra miles and an extra day changing pickup locations I wouldn't agree to use this site again. Obviously I wasn't a valued customer there.

Thomas M.I requested for my unit to be terminated. I took off my lock got all my stuff out. A week later they called me saying there was a lock on my unit. I kept fighting with them that it wasn’t mine. I took all my stuff and they kept harassing me saying I left stuff in the unit. They harassed me. They bullied me. I was verbally attacked by the two people in the front office for weeks.

The owners go above and beyond board to make you feel that your belongings will be safe and they treat you like family. Excellent customer service. Most Uhauls are cold, dirty and unwelcoming so I’m happy to give them a 5 star but they deserve a 19.

Kevin S.Tighten the lug nuts before you let a customer drive a truck away. Four miles later after driving no faster than 40 MPH the left rear wheel/tire came rolling past me. The only reason the other wheel/tire didn't come off was I was slowing to turn and was doing 5 MPH when I lost the first wheel. The second would have come off if I went another few feet. I was left on the side of the road for three hours. First told an hour or less. Then promised only 30 minutes longer. T'he original renting store just passed me over to road side assistance. No one steeped up and made me feel like they owned the problem and gave me assurance it would be handled. False promises that eroded trust. Ironically; the first road side assistance agent told me she could not start assistance until I sent her pictures. I understand you want to minimize risk and exposure but shouldn't the first order of business be getting the customer back on the road with less inconvenience. Listen to my calls. Read my texts. Put new protocols in for delivering first class customer service.

Philip F.I can't say enough how good my experience was today - thank you for going above and beyond to make my day as smooth and non-stressful as a moving day can go! The GM pulled the truck I rented back to my storage unit and back out for me as I was nervous about making the turns in the storage area. He also helped me load a heavy item from my car to the truck before my help arrived to help me clear out my unit. Finally, he took time to show me the features of the truck before I drove off and gave me his personal cell number in case I hit any trouble with the rest of my day. On my return I was about to start the digital checkin when the employee met me at the truck to process my checkin. Truly, my whole experience here blessed me in the midst of a very stressful week. I cannot recommend this location and the staff here enough!

Andrew Q.By far, one of the best U haul centers I have ever been in. Most Uhaul centers feel like what I think a prison would be like. They’re sterile and cold. This one felt homie and was decorated for the upcoming fall season. Loved the way the mgr offered watered and it was soooo clean. While I’m only using it for a bout 2 weeks, I was really impressed. The only negative thing that made want me want to walk out was he was wearing a trump20 pin but he was such a wonderful host.
