It sounds kind of silly, but it was my home for the past three years. I just loved the people there. They were always so happy even when I was sad they put me in a good mood cause I never thought I’d be in storage for three years even the last day when I was moving out, they were above and beyond. I have recommended this place over and over for the last three years and I will continue to do so thanks for everything.

JEROMEY S | First ImpressionsThe owners of this location are some of the rudest people i have ever met and cannot understand how they’ve managed to keep this place in business with how they treat their paying customers. I have had continuous issues with Colleen when it comes to understanding their policies or handling my storage. They are liars and manipulate their customers when they themselves are in the wrong. There were many inconsistencies thru out my time renting a storage unit. One being trying to get my locks cut off & i was advised to schedule a time because they had another gentleman who comes in to do that work for them, when i did schedule it, it was nobody other than the owner. I felt straight up lied to to my face to make their days/lives more convienent, thus inconveniencing the customer and lying to me about their services. They have lied about late fees & refused to explain policy. They have lied about their involvement with corporate offices & how much they can truly help with, making it sound like they don’t have as much freedom or control of their facility that they do indeed have. They have made situations sound easy to take care of but when it’s time to handle the situation, they create a bigger web of mess they then refuse to help the customer handle it. They were not helpful in any situation i faced with at this location. I have been hung up on by Colleen & belittled by her husband, Roger. By far the worst experience & treatment i have received anywhere especially a family owned facility. Extremely disappointing.

Karen L | Overall ExperienceI notified the manager that I would be vacating my unit in a week or so. I cleaned out the unit and let the manager know when I did so. He verified that the account was closed and I no fees pending. I keep getting emails telling me that my payments are late and that I'm am being charged late fees. I've called twice to get this issue resolved, but I keep getting these emails. These issues will affect my credit rating. When they do I will speak to a lawyer and complain to the Better Business Bureau.
JAMES P | Overall ExperienceAfter I got everything out of my storage unit and made sure it was clean I went to the front office, talked to the gentleman who said I was “good to go” and would take care of everything. That was not to be. I received countless emails and a letter stating I was overdue on monthly payment and was even stated they’d be charging me late fees. Through each email I would call the facility and someone would tell me it was “taken care of. The fourth phone call now, they have stated it’s all “taken care of now”. They are saying no more emails or letters. We’ll find out. Hopefully it’s resolved.

Its Very clean i was rentin from uhaul for about 6 yrs in never had a issue my furniture after all that time was still well kept. The staff is very nice in has always been . Rod in his wife are super cool in nice in will try in help you in anyway way they can on your bill they dont want you to lose your stuff.in rod will help you anyway he can a super cool guy whos willin to help anyway he can just to put a smile on your face. I cant say enough good stuff about renting from here but they will treat you like family in a human being . They always positive in polite. Even though i was just renting i miss seein them .such a lucky guy i am to meet people like them to take care of my stuff in was nice while doing so for 6 years. No lie its Best place to rent from trust me. Thanks again to rod in his wife colleen..Great place to rent from are in need of storage in great people.

Daniel H | First ImpressionsI recently moved from California and had the pleasure of using U-Haul Moving & Storage of Paradise Valley. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was driving a 15-foot U-Haul truck with a 10-foot trailer attached and got stuck in a tight spot in the parking lot. The general manager came out personally and drove the truck and trailer out of the difficult position, which was a tremendous relief for me during an already stressful day. Additionally, every time I called the storage facility with questions, the staff was always helpful and responsive. The person who checked me into my unit was incredibly kind and professional. I'm fairly certain he was the same individual I had spoken to on the phone, who had given me excellent advice on selecting the right unit based on my specific needs. This level of customer service made a significant difference in my moving experience, and I highly recommend U-Haul Moving & Storage of Paradise Valley for their exceptional support and assistance.
