Tried to do my rental through the app as recommended and found out my rental had been given to someone else. There are still kinks in the system that need to be fixed.

Customer service was not satisfactory. They lost the keys to our van, an employee was vaping when he should have been helping us, and the employees at the desk were talking badly about other employees in front of us while we waited to be helped.

I have used uhaul for my business and have had a toss up of experiences but I rented two cargo trailers this week at the Raymond location and had a swift reservation both times with excellent service particularly the gentlemen named Deon who was professional and efficient with his work. Thank you for the exceptional experience.

never got instructions on returning the vehicle. parked it where we left it and locked up the key where we originally got it and got charged extra for an overnight fee. the first guy i talked to on the phone was extremely rude.

Great Experience! Manager Jim Decker is a pleasure to work with. He is always very knowledgeable about U-Haul products and processes. He has made our companies experience with renting from U-Haul a very professional and enjoyable event. The check-out and return yard staff were great, very helpful and polite. We will be using these services often in the near future! Moving Made Easy!

I didn’t catch the guys name but he was the one out on the lot moving trailers around by hand and hustling for the customers. He’s an asset to the company and that location specifically. He’s the real champ.

The process at the location was hostile. It felt like a police booking, with a mug shot. The representative was not welcoming, and debated me about the process that I had already completed on line. I hope that I am not double billed.

I’ve rented a uhaul trailer multiple times . And have never had an issue with dropping off after hours. This location charged me 20$ extra just to leave equipment there after hours . When a the other locations have never had an issue with it.

Although the vehicle was clean, the side windows, rear-view mirrors and front windshield were covered with water spots, making it impossible to see when the sun falls on the glass. Had to stop at a gas station and clean all of them. Unacceptable.

Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful from my first dealing with them on July 8th until my last day on Oct 7th. I have recommended them highly to everyone and will continue to do so. Bravo!

When I called customer support, she was the most helpful and the greatest! Will use uhaul again if only for that very positive experience!

Van had indicator light up about checking tire pressure sensor prior to pick-up, but person handing off van to me said it was okay. It would be good to make sure all such indicators are not on. Also, there was a pile-up during return, which delayed dropping off the van. Really need more available attendants in case such a thing we’re to happen again. Attendants at both pick-up and drop-off were very polite.

Ever staff there was rude. The vehicle wasn't clean and no one came forward to come and clean the vehicle. I have rented uhaul in the same place a year before and the service was great at that time. I see it has deteoriated a lot.

The pick up truck had mud underneath and in wheels. But Brandon, the person who helped me with my return was professional and helpful. Shawn, the woman who helped me check out the truck was so polite, friendly, and helpful. It was so refreshing to see someone act like they want to help you.

Service was very lack luster. Very slow to get to customers and busy on their phones or talking with others and not responsive to customers. This was the nearest location for my needs but I wouldn’t recommend this location.

If the people working the counter socialized/talked to each other less while helping a customer the transaction would take half as long. We stood there watching as they chatted and joked among themselves. Every time they did this, it delayed the transaction because they would pause looking at the computer or using the keyboard. Ignorant of other people's time. So frustrating

Was thrilled that we qualified for one month of storage for free. Was not so thrilled when we found out the storage facility has no freight elevator and we were on the second floor. I mean, seriously?

I will not use them again. They don't work with you if problems arise it's all about money with them example I had a tote and a few boxes, all empty, that I wanted to throw away they charge $20.

Customer service is embarrassingly bad. There were couple of hidden charges on my credit card that were not explained or mentioned when I made the order. Would not recommend U-Haul to anyone.

We moved out on June 30, but they charged us for an extra month (July) because we were on autopay, and they refused to prorate our rent for July. We were not happy with this decision!
