I had to drive to Pasadena Ca. to pick up dolly because none were available in or near Burbank,Ca. But where I dropped it off in SLC you had several tow dollys available, since everyone is leaving Ca. then why don't you have more available in So.California

I found it very disappointing when I wasn't going to receive credit for bring back the van I rented with "more gas in the tank" then when I first received the van. I explained to the manager that I wasn't very familiar with the van. So just in case I filled up the tank. I ended up only using a 1/4 of gas when I returned the van to the Raymond location. Even though I was given $10 credit, it still didn't really matter considering your rate when the rentals come back with less gas! I realized that your company was not as fair and found out how one-sided it is??

Have more than 1/4 tank of gas for truck pick up. Had to stop for gas to be able to make it to my destination let alone turn it in with at least a 1/4 of a tank. Which I turned it in with more gas than when I picked it up. Otherwise all went well. Thank you.

Nobody was helpful to show me how to use the trailer



I called and reserved a truck for 4 hours and was told I would be able to do an after hour drop off. When I picked the truck up I was told I wouldn’t be able to do that. When I said i was told I could the employee could have cared less. So it was inconvenient and rude.

Prices quoted over the phone from U Haul direct were not what I was charged when I went into the location. When I asked the guy that was working about the difference, he was kinda rude and seemed bothered that I even asked the question. His answer was,"these are the charges, do you want the truck?" I was quoted $137. for a one-way truck (64 miles) with a dolly and insurance. It actually ended up being $181. Not very happy at all!



2 different UHaul employees confirmed my order was pre-paid and directed me to a different drop-off location than indicated on the original receipt. When we got there, we were told there would be a fee for the wrong location. I was NOT happy. The fee was finally taken off and we were allowed to return the truck: 1) early 2) in perfect condition 3) with extra gas!

1.Greet your customers when they arrive 2.Don't have customers standing next to the register waiting and not acknowledge them. 3.Don't treat cusomers as potential thieves and call their cellphone while standing in front of you trying to complete the transaction. 4.Escort your customers to the pick up area rather than say "go this way, go that way" 5. And at the very least, pretend to "Like" your job
