The problem I had was with uhaul policy Meaning : I was charged for the use of a dollie when I didn't need one or use one I had to break the plastic tie that was on the dollie to remove it so the they could load the pallet into the truck the attendant said there was nothing he could do and that I would be charged $7.00 for the use of the dollie now my bill for one day use was over $300 dollars so the seven bucks was nothing compared the the overall price of the rental it just left me with a bad feeling like I was getting taken advantage of.Billy B.

I did not interact much but the lot was clearly marked with the drop-off location. I had an after hours drop-off so they had someone on staff (seemed like overnight security) to remind me to drop off the keys in the drop box before I leave and the drop box was easy to findKristen M.

Since the trailer hitch was installed, I am unable to use the kick-sensor because it is now blocked. I was under the impression that the kick sensor was still going to work as designed and was discussed with the manager/installer. Apparently she misunderstood me. Meanwhile, I requested to have the hitch removed and refunded due to mistake.Craig C.

Have more/better representatives to a) reduce wait times for checking out b) be more efficient in check-out process c) be able to efficiently generate contracts d) properly install trailers (I left the premises with the trailer resting on the hitch and not secured, ended up securing it myself). This was the worst check-out experience I've had by a long way. This location needs to improve or be closed down.Kevin C.

No customer service whatsoever. I have done my order online not to go through hassle in the morning. Instead of that an unsupported requirement of 2 contacts that have to be confirmed with phone call? I have never experienced more ridiculous request. It seems that they are gathering private identifiable information to sell it off to data brokers. Ill be lodging complaint with BBB on that as wellViola V.

Was not informed that if we didn't arrive exactly at our reservation time that our truck would be given away. Worked late and when I got there to pick it up, they had already given it to someone else. Had to go to another location and waste the time of everyone who was helping us. I got the truck from new Jersey they took seven hundred dollars and told me I would get my deposit once I drop the truck off in Baltimore this was not true they kept my money and the truck had so many roaches in the back they were all in my property this is so wrong.Shawn A.

The trailer this location provided malfunctioned while I was driving and caught on fire, almost burning down all my belongings. Luckily, there was a restaurant right where I pulled over when I noticed it was burning and was quickly able to get a fire extinguisher to put out the fire. I tried to contact them several times before the fire to extend my rental and they never responded. I tried to contact them after the fire and again no response to my calls or messages through the website. The day after the fire, they called me to see if I was returning the trailer since it was late, they had no idea of what happened even though I had contacted the Uhaul 1800 number for roadside service and left them a message. On top of all this, they charged me for the extra day!Alessandro M.
