The drop-off location wasn't clear. I entered where it said Equipment Return and then saw a garage door that said "U-Haul Trucks" so I pulled in front of it. It opened and a siren started going off, so I was really confused and concerned. Still, I pulled the truck inside and left it there, but then couldn't find where to leave the keys. I had to walk all the way around to a dark, unlit side of the building to find the key drop (and probably where I was supposed to leave the truck?). I'd suggest some additional signage and/or at least some good lighting on the side where the key drop is.Delford C.

I had an excellent experience with U-haul. I rented a trailer for one day and end up keeping it for 6 days. They were understanding about the extension and they didn't call me to harass me about me having it that long . They called me 2 times to check. Excellent customer service is all I can say! So the Uhaul I rented had no problems but the window wiper need replaced (not a issue at all). When I stopped to put gas in the gas tank I found 2 used needle syringes in the gas cap. THIS IS ABSOLUTLY UNACCEPTABLE!! When I showed the person working in your location this upon dropping off my truck his response was well there's nothing I can do for you since we can't verify where this came from! Then he told the guy working with him, well this is something else we are going to start having to look for! My kid has been playing around this truck for 2 days. I live in a heavily patrolled gated community and I moved to one also. There are security cameras around both my houses motion activated where the truck sat over night, and I would've been alerted to someone are the truck anytime it was in my possession! I DEMAND my money refunded! I understand you all opened this location in a bad part of town, but this could've been handled ALOT better!! Please contact me soon or maybe just posting and tagging Uhaul on Patrick street might be the better route to go here!Theodore R.

Every time I need to return a truck after hours it won't allow me to get passed the ending. So I'm never able to check the truck back in. This time they tried charging me for the entire weekend. It was resolved, but something needs to be done. Also the gas was a hair short, like barely and they charged me $18.Devona T.

Include all requested equipment in the truck when left for pickup. ----- I'd ordered an appliance dolly but it was not included and as my pickup was scheduled for 5pm, at/after closing, there was no opportunity for resolution. Further, while I'd spoken with online chat representative "Kim" before taking the truck to ensure she was notified that the dolly was missing - and she assured me that she would remove it from the reservation -- I still found that entry on the bill when completing the return of the vehicle.John K.

I went for after-hours drop-off and both the UHaul website and the customer service phone line were down so it was a little stressful not knowing what to do and being worried about a fee. Your website doesn't work well with IOS. When I dropped off the rental van and used my phone to log on to your website, it got very frustrating. After clicking return my rental under my account it asked me to verify my location by clicking â€œshare my location.â€ This would not work on IOS. I followed the instructions to go into settings to allow it to pick up my location and it STILL didn't. I finally just gave up, downloaded the chrome app and used it. It worked on that app. I would recommend putting verbiage on your website saying that it doesn't work well with IOS, and to use chrome.JAMES DACEY T.
Returned after hours. Returned vehicle online. Keys were placed in the drop box. The store was very clean and well lit. Drop box was easy to find. They had a sign outside of the store with instructions to return the vehicle after hours. Great experience.Mark R.

Hidden fees are bullshit and when a customer enters a promo code and it lights up green for the go ahead but then you get your final receipt and it isn't showing well that's horse shit. Especially when your bill is over 500 dollars. I suggest you fix the glitch.Steven G.
