It was a random lot that didnt seem to have a normal building. But the staff was great and helpful.

We only drove 7 miles and only had the truck for 40 minutes. this site told us we should have checked our paper before we left.the miles on the paper did not match the control panel in the truck but we didn't say anything till we got back. And then the Manager Anthony said OOOps one of his staff probably made a mistake. he also said we shouldn't drove off without telling him first. We got charged for 24 miles and we only went 7. I would like to see anyone go 24 miles in Austin and pick up a piece a furniture and get back to Uhaul in 40 minutes. I will never use this location again. Very disappointed in the manager, Very RUDE!!

Because I tried contacting them and kept getting put to the customer service line but when I went there they weren’t busy at all but the office was empty and I was waiting for about 5 to 10 minutes til someone helped me. Although her customer service was great, they should have someone in the office at all times and answering the calls and waiting on customers to come.

Location service at front desk is slow. The POS system crashed multiple times having to re-enter customer info. There was only 4 people in of me but took 1.5 hrs to check out. Employees are friendly but the system software sucks.

The price online was 0.29 per square mile. I entered 90 square miles and that is what it said for 0.29 for each square mile. After the vehicle was returned, I found out I was charged 0.79 mile and was told that it is only 0.29 a mile after the first 100 miles. That is not what it said online. I feel that this is a bait and switch. No fair to customers. Also, there is only one person working the counter at this location and she doesn’t come outside. You have to do everything via the app.

The maintenance on the truck I rented was awful. The side view mirror on the passenger side spun around and would not stay in place. The truck made a noise like it was about to fall apart. On top of that my email receipt stated that my charges totaled $118, but I was actually charged $155.

The general manager I believe Mr. Tompkins was very rude from first moment I drove into property. I asked where is office and he just pointed. I walked in and no one is in office. I go back out and Mr. Tompkins is walking in and says oh I’m the only one here. Didn’t tell me he would be right with me just sent me in to empty office. I set up reservation for next day. But told him I need to pick up from 12:00 to 5:00pm but don’t know exact time. He says book for 12:00 and you have it for 24hrs from then. I get there next day to pick up uhaul to find out reservation is cancelled due to not picking up at 12:00 after I explained I didn’t know for sure when I needed truck. So rather than paying $29.95 at .89 per mile I payed $39.95 at .99 per mile for a size of truck not needed due to a manager who didn’t listen and didn’t care to explain details before hand. He has horrible customer service skills and not at all professional.

Maintain the truck better. We had a 26' truck that had bald tires and bad brakes. The statement that was made when asked about the condition of the truck that is being rented out to us by your store manager did not make us feel assured we were in a piece of safe equipment. To say the least, we conveyed his message as we had the crappiest truck of that size because we were going local and not nationally. Hence, the bald tires and bad brakes. Plus, if you're going to advertise to your customer base that a $25 will be assessed for not returning the truck in a clean manner then the truck itself should already be cleaned when picked up. Futhermore, the gas calculator did not work properly. We pumped more gas than needed to return the vehicle but the gas calculator did not show correctly causing us to create a 2nd stop to a gas station.

Do not rush the drop off. The gentleman that we returned the truck to was rushing everything. However because we did think that we left something the girl we wpoke too for that was extremely helpful.

I hated that I had to rent it in Pflugerville, 13 miles from my home, to move in the area where my old home was. I was moving 1.5 miles away from my old home and had to pay the additional fee for 26 miles of rental. Georgetown did not offer in town service. Very disappointing. I tried to get 26 free miles and was not given them! :(

Very disappointed in the on-line booking. I booked a 26-foot truck on Friday morning for the next day. When I went to the location to pick it up I was told I was changed to a different location. When I went there I was told they had all been booked. I had received no call as I was told I would for confirmation. There was no indication on the booking form that that size was overbooked. My booking receipt showed there was no problem. Very aggravating

A little acknowledgement goes a long way. Even when you're helping another customer. Look up, say hello, someone will be with you in a minute. Two different women helped me and they were great, but the man on the premises did not acknowledge I was there AT ALL and walked past me without saying a word. Not even excuse me so he could get by. (Very small quarters in the office). Quite irritating. Again the ladies that helped me were terrific. I would tell someone that this uhaul is there, but without knowing who my friend would be dealing with, I can't wholeheartedly recommend this spot.

The lady at the counter could be more pleasant and willing to actually do her job. I mean I know it's not the ideal job, but it's the job she chose to apply for. Fake it til you make should be her approach.

The trailer I requested did not have working lights so I was sent to different location in a completely different city. I was told that I would be given a reservation guarantee discount but have not received it yet. Now I have to call and waste my time to ensure I am not charged. Next time just make the rental free from the start.

Work out some of the kinks with the mobile check-in. I went through the mobile check-in process and got all the way to the end (where I was assigned a vehicle number and had to go inside to get the keys), but found out that someone who checked in inside was also assigned that vehicle. So, she got the vehicle and I had to go inside and start the process all over again. The one woman working there was very helpful, though.

We had scheduled a pick up time at Morningside Texas Holding for 8am. However, when we arrived, the phone number listed for contact was for the Meinke that shared the parking lot hosting the vehicle we needed. They could not help us and there was no provided contact information or name of contact for issues. After watching the video for how to self-check in to get the keys from the uhaul, it did not match what was on my phone screen. There was no option to "Pick up my truck". We had to call the 1 800 number. We were on hold for 30 minutes just sitting at the truck. Eventually, while my fiancé was still on hold, I called the closest uhaul to where we were and they were able to transfer my reservation and change it to 9am from 8am, so we didn't lose the hour. However, we are now an hour behind our personal move schedule and friends and family are just waiting for us at this point. We arrive and get in line at the Three Points Rd. location. We find out that the reason we weren't sent a 4 digit code or were able to see the "Pick up my truck" button on the phone was because no one filled it and they agreed that due to the date that I reserved it was over 48 hours in advance, that someone had dropped the ball. I made this reservation on May 21st, so that was infuriating to hear that "someone" had 4 days to do a task, and did not do it. I told them I was just we could get it transferred and start our day. I was grateful we were able to get taken care of. We also rented an appliance dolly which was given to us in a filthy condition. It was covered in webs and dirt. The truck was clean. When we returned the truck on Sunday morning to the Three Points Rd location, the gas tank needle was touching the quarter tank mark, which is what we needed to leave it at to not get charged. When we showed up to drop it off, there was a long line of trucks with one employee cleaning and "checking" the trucks in. We were told to just leave the truck in the line it was in with the keys in the truck. The employee did not check the gas tank needle immediately upon us dropping it off. Several of the trucks in the line were just turned on with the gas running with the employee just going around cleaning the insides of the truck. When our bill that was emailed to us, it showed the gas tank needle between the 1/4 and 1/8 marks, which is just untrue. If the truck was just running in the lot while it was being cleaned, the gas was used from our truck at this point. We don't believe that is fair the customer should be charged for this. Overall, this was headache on top of the stress of moving and affected our schedule and finances in the end.

Horrible customer service experience by the checkin girl! Walked in and was asked if I have an online reservation, very rudely. When I replied I didn’t. She said to go online and start filling it out. Any other U-Haul place has never asked me to go online, they actually help me do it. If I were any older, I’d be very confused and frustrated as the site is not user friendly. It took 45 minutes to get my trailer! The person hooking the trailer up was very nice and friendly, however. Just a very disappointing experience.

I was unable to find the ball size required for the trailer on the website. That should be very easy to find on the website if your renting trailers.

Reservation kept being changed by each representative I spoke to, likely to put my reservation under their name for sales purposes. My reserved equipment was not available. I had to wait at location for 40 minutes to get the truck, then go to a separate location for the auto transport. Because the rep at the counter closed my contract, they tried to charge me $350 for the transport, as a different reservation. It took another 40 minutes on the phone to resolve. Plus, the gas hand was not on the amount indicated by the computer. Had to take a picture and show another rep at drop-off. Overall, this move was a headache. I'm not sure if I'd go the Uhaul route again.

Van does not have a middle seat in the front so helper needed to sit in the back of the van on the floor which turned out to be super hard, no cushion or ventilation in the cab although there are windows, none open up. No ramp for the Vans to load anything which would be helpful.

I have nothing but good things to say about the staff at this location. I do have some major complaints about your sales folks. My reservation was booked in the wrong location and time to begin with and then switched back and forth for a couple of days with absolutely horrible communication from your sales reps and customer service team. If I call a location I expect to be able to speak with some one AT that location so for that you get no stars. All it did was complicate my move

They gave me the wrong truck. by the time I got to my destination, there was a big mess. they couldn’t figure out which truck I got and then I got billed for the other person who checked out my truck. they took it to Houston and they turned it in late and they didn’t clean it. my credit card was charged for their tardiness and uncleanliness. I used your online picture taking tool to upload pics of the truck I was given. you can clearly see I had a different truck than what was on the contract. but that’s what YOU gave me. I want a full refund of my rental $232 for the inconvenience! this is ridiculous. I do not like incompetence.

While this facility was not at fault, disappointed with UBox, started to fall apart in transit, had to be power drilled back into place, we couldn't take to our home, belongings were drilled into.

the black lady is rude wuldnt take my lock off sayn i got to pay again in three days so she gone wait I got another storage unit elsewhere wen i go get my things she say u owe and i just paid.
