Staff were great. I do not remember the girls name who checked me in. Adam was great when we dropped off. While I know you are trying to upsell the rental of a hand truck by having one in the truck but it takes up space when we did not need it and would rather not have had it in there especially since it can't be moved without breaking the seal.CHRISTIAN W.

The truck share app is terrible. It kept freezing and I had to go inside and the clerk told me that it happens to everyone. When you get to the upload a picture of yourself it doesn't do anything.DAVID F.

This is not the locations fault, but when we dropped off the trailer, there was two men going through the dumpster. We thought they were going through the returned equipment too. If they were employees, they did not have identification on nor did they speak to us. Would recommend cameras, could not see any. We could not get out if there fast enough, very creepy and unsafe.CRAIG J.

I was given an old model auto hauler. My vehicle ended up being damaged. The hauler did not have any traction for my car to get. And the metal was rusted out. Definitely frustrated that my car is damaged on the undercarriage. Not recommended.ANGEL L.

The woman at the front desk was very helpful, but the guy who was outside (who was supposed to show us where the car was), was nowhere to be found. We were looking around for the employee who was supposed to be out here & then noticed some young guy on his phone in one of the trucks. We went over to him & he just ignored us while we were trying to get his attention. He was annoyed that his phone time was interrupted & gave us the keys without saying anything. Then he immediately tried to return to sitting in the truck & scrolling on his phone. When we asked which truck it was, he looked at us like we were idiots & told us that it was over there (he pointed to a whole row of trucks that were the same size). We asked him to specify, & he got an attitude with us & said, "It's the one I'm pointing at!" All of the trucks were lined up right next to each other, so it was difficult to tell which was which. He told us that we would eventually figure it out & then returned to his truck where he continued to scroll on his phone. I watched him do the exact same thing with the next customer & that customer was just as shocked at the extremely poor customer service. That customer also ended up being just as confused as we were about which truck was theirs. My boyfriend used this u-haul location before & said that this same guy gave the same "zero fucks" attitude as the last time he was here. Management really needs to have a talk with this guy because he's negatively impacting this location's business.MAE S.

The lady upfront was rude and lazy, the equipment was ok, van had a weird smell, the only thing that saved this location was the nice guy working on the field, he helped me locate the van I rented and also helped me with the check out when I returned it, I wish I notated his name, he was wonderful and helpful!KARINA A.

Worst experience. Reserved online for the no contact service. Call and ask if brother can be added and pick vehicle up and was told yes. Brother there to pick up and they ask for my card even though I had reserved and truck was held with my card information. My brother was the only person there at this time. He calls to tell me so I told him on my way and be there in 15 mins. He told rep I was coming with card after the type of debit card he had didn't work. He then notice a lot of people coming behind him and suddenly a long line so he step a side. The long got long so he stepped outside. I got there shortly because I live 3 mins away. When I got there they told me that the largest truck I reserve hasn't been brought back yet. My brother came in and said the truck was just here. They then proceeded to say yes it was here but we gave that one to someone else that wasn't reserved. They said we were expecting one to be turn in by now but they are late turning in. I then had to go out my way to go get truck at another location which was waiting my time to move and cost additional pay to my movers because they had to wait an additional 1hour and a half to start. Also, this caused me to have additional gas fees there and gas fees to take back. The 3 Points location is exactly across the street of my new place which would have saved me gas and money. Associate was helping a customer, 1 other person was ahead of me in line then another man came after me in line. The associate walked the customer she was helping out to the parking lot (I'm assuming to get whatever was being rented) then came back to the office and pulled the last male that was in line and asked if he was there X item. He said yes and then he proceeded to follow her back outside. They were gone for about 5-10 minutes while the gentleman ahead of us and myself were still waiting. During that time another male walked in to wait in line behind me. They both then came back into the office and she called him up to the counter to finish whatever paperwork he needed. It sounded like he needed to go to another location to pick up whatever he needed. While that was happening, another woman walked in and went into what looks like a lunch area but she also had a work desktop in there. The initial associate called up the next person in line and attended him. Then the second associate called me. The first associate finished with the 2nd man in line and now called the man that was behind me while I was waiting for the 2nd associates computer to work because it had frozen as soon as she turned it on. The man behind us was finished with his transaction before I was. The entire process from when I went into the office to when I left took approximately 45 minutes. If possible, it would speed up the process if more than one associate was working in the office or if that individual could stay in the office while a designated person outside can walk customers to locate their rental item. I also did not appreciate that the associate attended the last customer before the other 2 people in line ahead of him who had been clearly waiting much longer.Philip L.

I had ordered utilities dolly along with the truck. The lady outside said it was in the truck. I drove to the address to see that the utilities dolly was not in the truck but an appliance dolly. Then I had to go back to the location to grab the appliance dolly. Luckily I was only 2 miles away from the location.I believe they are understaffed or the communication is not so good within their TEAM. There was not another lady who apologized when I explained the situation to her. The location charged me for the extra miles though- I did not care as it was only around $4.Mert A.

In the end all was resolved, but after i rented a ford transit cargo van..i noticed a fowl odor..and upoj arriving at my home i found out that this vehicle was rented by fedex. It had 2 face masks with stains on them alongside many paper tissues inside the glovebox which led to fowl odor..i personally cleaned it myself wearing double gloves. Upon returning, i did speak to the manager in charge and she was very understanding and polite and apologized for it and was gonna look into it.
