Excellent staff!
All staff was very patient to describe how access works and hours and to answer questions. Outstanding.
Half of the storage units in this facility are accessible only by stairs, including the unit I rented. I will not renew and would not recommend this facility to anyone, in fact I would warn them if the wanted to rent here.
I made several trips to move out. Once, the sliding doors weren't opened. This was around noon, so it wasn't because it was off hours. This made it very difficult to move out using the door, which is down a narrow hallway. I called to let them know it was locked and waited on hold for over 15 minutes. Apparently, you get kicked over to a hotline when you call. She was no help, said to just go inside and tell them. I said I will not, that nobody wears masks that work there, even though it's required by our Governor to wear them in businesses. Once, I came a little after 7pm, and access to the storage units were closed. Online and on the sign, it is posted that OFFICE hours close at 7pm, however it states that access to storage units were to be until 10pm. Wasted trip all the way down there. Because of that, I had to scramble to move out the day of. There is always junk in the parking lot, at least by the loading dock where I frequented. Because I made so many trips every day to my unit, I noticed some used band-aids a little further down in the hallway. They were there for days and to my last day, were still there. Everything is so dark and dingy inside, also. Rent kept going up. Once, I received a notice that they were painting, so they needed to raise the rent to keep it maintained. When they painted it looked fresh and new. However, it was not maintained. I noticed when I was moving out, that several holes were patched all around, but never painted over. So, all you see are all these spackled holes everywhere. Lastly, as I mentioned, nobody there wears masks. It took me over a week, making a total of 30 trips to move everything and so I saw several times throughout the week of employees talking close to customers with no mask on. Whether it be showing a customer a new unit inside, behind the the counter at service, or them showing or receiving storage trucks from customers, they never wore a mask. I saw all customers wear them. There is even a sign in their window to please wear one upon entry. I understand it's inconvenient, I know, I moved wearing one the whole time. Some days were very hot, and yet I kept it on for respect of others.
The unit was clean, but I was extremely disappointed to find that my large storage unit was located on the 2nd floor with the only access to the unit was to carry large, heavy items up steps. There should be ramp access. The unit door height is also very low which made getting oversized items extremely difficult to get into the unit.
Staff very helpful and friendly even when super busy!
PSA - Remove your belongings from you unit BEFORE the start of the new month. I cleared mine out four days after I had paid the monthly fee. U-Haul doesn't pro-rate (so they can rent the same unit out to someone else that I'm still paying for)....

Had two good employees at this site! The other two were god awful and lack customer service skills to say the least.
No communication between employees about customer rentals, incorrect information given to customers, rude employees, deceptive pricing on rentals, cockroaches found in storage units. Poor service.

I was moved out of the storage unit before even putting a lock on the building. I decided to purchase a storage unit with another company when I turned in my card I found out I was moved out of it.
This is not the first time we have used this particular U-Haul facility. We are always treated very well. Josh is very courteous and helpful!
When I moved out your lot was not shoveled or salted you have a multi million dollar company and that’s just saying you don’t care about your costumers

Everything you want in a storage facility. My only complaint is that it is not cheap. I’d be more inclined to use the facility long term if the monthly fee was lower. The current price structure does.

Very helpful throughout the move even when our uboxes were sent to the wrong location. Storage was fine.
My only ever complaint was that I was told initially that I would have a first floor unit. I have severe arthritis. Instead they assigned me an upper level unit with stair access.
My beginning experience with my move using a Ubox was not the best. Don’t have room for details. When my box arrived it had been damaged. Josh went above and beyond to help me out with the situation.
It was a convenient and always dry facility to store some items over the years. We first took the unit in approx 1988 after my mom passed away to store some keepsakes. Thanks, Cathy K.
Reserved large unit online. I was given two smaller units instead. It took months to straighten out the payment, charging double for their mistake. Manager was unresponsive. Very frustrating.
all was good on the move out, the only thing to make it better would be to have elevator access for the 2nd fl units.
nice job particularly like the recycle area. better than just trashing things
