Reserved a truck WITH appliance dolly because I needed to move appliances. When I arrived, I was told they didn't have any dolly, this makes it a bit difficult to move appliances. After explaining to the employee the purpose of needing a dolly, he was able to find me a regular dolly, of which I had to purchase a strap for $10. He did credit me the cost of the dolly, but definitely had an arrogant attitude. After getting me my truck, I didn't get a â€œThank youâ€, or â€œsorry for the inconvenience â€œâ€¦. He just walked away. I will not use this location againJon W.

My drop off location was changed by uhaul after I picked up the truck and I ended up going to the wrong uhaul on the night of 8/31 to drop off my trailer. The guy working at the wash works location was extremely helpful, letting me keep my trailer there overnight until I could drop it off at the correct location.Owen B.

Ordered online for 10:30 AM pickup. Got call day earlier that our truck was ready if we wanted. Tried to call to say no, not available fir pickup but could not get through â€¦ on endless hold. Next morning got a call at 10:00 checking to see if we were coming. I said reservation was 10:30. Agent insisted it was 9 AM and whether we were canceling. I said we are on our way. Reservation included a dolly. When we were checked in no regular dollys left. Rep was kind enough to give us an appliance one at no extra charge. On return there was a need to contact emergency service. It was impossible and was a full circle several times and when we got an agent she directed us to the first contact numbers and website where we were. Left facility and came back early morning when store reopened. Just a frustrating experience but all got done in the end and everyone is fine. Thank you.LAUREN T.

When I returned the full-auto transport trailer, I asked Josh if I could return the furniture dolly and rent an appliance dolly? Josh was super great. He allowed me to return the furniture dolly and exchange it for the appliance dolly for free. After the trying few days I had, this was a huge welcome to me, as I almost started to cry there.ANDREA S.

When returning the van, your app would not accept any pictures. I had to call the 800 number, and I was on hold for an hour before I could talk to someone. When I talked to an operator, she was pleasant and helpful. However she was unable to get the pictures uploaded so she had me email them to her. She assured me no fees would be charged. When done, I had sat in your parking lot for 1 and half hours resolving the issue. The next morning, I had a receipt in my email. They had charged me the estimated miles, not the actual miles, AND a second day's rental. I had to call again. The second operator was also helpful. She issued a refund for the second day and the extra miles, which has not been registered in my account yet. She also filed a complaint on my behalf, stating a general manager would call me. This has not yet happened. the reference number is 3343591 and the manager who was supposed to call me is Matthew Bourgeouis. So far, I have been on the phone for a total of 2 and a half hours and the situation still has not been fully resolved. My next need for a rental is in December and I am currently looking into my options elsewhere.George S.

The location was fine but this was the worst uhaul I've ever driven. I honestly thought I was doing something wrong with the lights but I was not, because the headlights on this thing were horrendous. I feared for my safety and had to drive with the high beams on which still didn't even give enough light that a truck would have on a normal setting. The reverse light on the left side was also not functional. I have rented uhaul and penske trucks in the last and have never had an issue like this. This was a very dangerous experience. I will be calling to complain but I expect some compensation for this death trap.Christopher T.

Staff was young and distracted by interaction with coworkers chatting they were focused on each other more than the customer. That said the person helping us, Shelby I think, was professional and answered all our concern s. Not related to the location, we wanted a 10 foot truck and were giving a larger,lower mileage truck. The price increase and gas costs were larger. I talked with the Pittsburgh office and they refused to give the lower price to cover for our added expense.Gregg T.

No one explained to me that there were steps to get to the unit which we found difficult but our main issue was the height of the unit. We had a truck full of furniture that would have been too tall to fit in this unit and also a fridge. I was never told the type of storage I was offered was short. So only a small load of stuff was brought there. I had to rent another place Saturday from A normal style storage unit. The uhaul storage was free to us however the unplanned mileage put on the uhaul truck cost me extra money. I will be contacting uhaul about this because not only did I have to rent a unit elsewhere I now put an additional 20 miles on the truck. The unit was clean, but I was extremely disappointed to find that my large storage unit was located on the 2nd floor with the only access to the unit was to carry large, heavy items up steps.
