I had a 7:30 appt., because the equipment was not available at Telegraph road, so it was moved to another location, but don't open until 9. Because the regional number was provided I was able to find that the equipment was now available at Telegraph. I lost 30 minutes due to this minor snafu, but worked out.
MARK SThe truck that I rented was not reliable. I wasted two hours of my time because it would not start once turned off. The only reason I have 2 stars was the helpful roadside assistance team that was able to get it going. It’s amazing that this is the truck you would rent out

DELANO KThe experience with staff and equipment were fine There us no customer parking at this location so you have to park in an abandoned lot and then walk through several me. Asking you if you want help moving. As a female who picked up the U-Haul alone it was a little unnerving. Also I was told the truck had 7/8 tank of gas. When I started it there was clearly only 3/4 tank (see pic I took w start up mileage I uploaded to reservation). As soon as I put it into gear the dial dropped below 3/4. I returned it with a full tank because I didn’t want to hassle with it but it was a rip off.

FRANKLIN GDid not have the dolly I orderd, then I was charged for it anyway. Also the initial truck provided a Low tire pressure warning, so I was given a new truck. Good response to the problem, but it would have been better if that was already taken care of instead of waiting for the customer to find it.

CHARLES PI’ve rented 40+ trucks in 2024 and have 4 storage units and still pay the normal rates, no price break or loyalty incentive. Have to start looking for different options in 2025.

WILLIAM LNothing really, it's almost perfect! I have been using uhaul for about 38yrs and can't remember ever having a big issue at all. This past year I have rented from this location about 2 times a month. It's great every time! The staff is exceptional, friendly and competent at their job! The store is nice, clean and well stocked. The equipment is top of the line and well maintained. The prices are SUPER GREAT!!! Uhaul is definitely going the extra mile to remain affordable in this crappy economy! 38yrs and no bad memories. I can only say that about a very few things in life😄. The one and only constructive critique I have is about the people gathering outside looking for work. First of all I think that is a bonus because I have needed help in the past at other locations and it was right there! The thing with the group at this location is that they are way too obnoxious and annoying in their efforts. I can see it actually being intimidating and scary to some people. We all know why they are there and will ask them if we need help. They don't need to bombard the vehicle and yell. You should tell them that's not the right way to gain trust enough to get employment and that if they don't become more polite they will have to leave. They are not actually on your property so you can't force them to leave of coarse but PWCPD sure can and will. It might be public easement but they are interfering with your customers and therefore your business. Keep doing what you've always done and I'm a customer for life 💯%

FARMAN AWow! This was the best experience ever. I normally return my rental after hours so I have to unhook the trailer. When it’s cold outside removing the chains is difficult. Last night’s experience was so easy with the cable on the trailer. I was gone in about two minutes. Thank you for your service and updated equipment. Things much easier when finishing a job.

YOUSSEF ZI will advise that you guys stop stealing from your customers. When returned the truck it’s was full tank but I was charged $9 dollars fuel.

Sheena ETruck reservation for a 20 inch made a week in advanced. They moved the truck pick up location without notification. When time to pick up they had my truck time running into someone else's for a 6 hour drive no traffic. Instead of giving me mine they gave me the 26. The 26 has no catalytic converter, brakes or steering. I had my plans changed and spent more money than expected for something I didn't already have scheduled or booked in advanced. I'm tired of being a loyal customer to a unreliable company.

Karen M | Online Move InThere's an additional fee for 24hr access. The place is constantly overrun with vehicles blocking access to units. I have to call and give 24hr notice to get into my unit that I was charged $285/mo for. The staff was generally helpful, more phone calls went to the national call center than the actual employees at the location. The barrage of people seeking under the table employment on the premises, is unsafe. They run up to vehicles and stand in the driving lanes.

It's nice to see third party ppl wanting to help unload your truck, but very uninviting when they chase your vehicle or are standing in the middle of the street as you try to drive.

They were very helpful and professional, the whole way as far as Baltimore, where I picked up my moving truck, unprofessional by all means, and the only reason why I closed my account and moved my items to a new storage was because it was cheaper, by at least $100 even, maybe considering lowering the prices on your storage units and you may have more storage users.
