I really appreciate all the effort the staff put into trying to help all of the customers, but the location was severely understaffed throughout the entirety of the day. Customers were waiting in line for almost an hour. I had to wait in the line twice, so I was late returning the truck I had rented. Nevertheless the staff remained respectful and helpful the whole day. Kudos to them!

There should be better lighting and lighting in the storage units.
