Clean inside of windows. The staff was not very motivated I was supposed to tow a trailer to Pittsfield at your request. The attendant said it wasn’t in the computer and made no effort to look into it. I was supposed to receive 100 free miles and $100.

I recently started storing in the climate controlled part of the facility - it's a storage facility and does what it needs to do. However, there doesn't seem to be much attention to the appearance or care of the property itself. Most of the time the staff is sitting at the counter on their phones - they aren't very "professional looking" for lack of a better term. There's been a pile of dirt in the hallway that my unit is in for weeks and hasn't been touched. There's what appears to belongings that another customer may have left behind out front where the doors are to come in that's been there for days and no one has just simply gone out to pick them up. And lastly - there are never enough carts at the entry.

Upon entering this facility it's very quiet and not very welcoming. There's been several occasions I've gone in and no one is at the counter. There was one time I had to text the phone number on the door after waiting 10+ minutes with no one showing up at the desk.

The motorcycle trailer which I rented had a tire imbalance. Vibration was very noticeable about 50–55 mph. The check-in process was very quick, but the young lady handling it did not look concerned when I mentioned the tire/wheel problem.

This location was a tranfer from my original reservation,Main St,GF. At the time of pickup of the substitute equipment, I was informed it would be ok to drop the equipment off at the original location. It was 9 hours of moving. Exhausted,I dropped the equipment as okayed,at the GF location. I was charged an additional $228 for "wrongful drop off". I have disputed this with Customer Service. Beware of deception when using this location.

When we pulled out the remaining totes from the storage unit, noticed that one smelled like cat pee, which is odd because we do not own a cat and apparently there was some tile damage from the ceiling that’s impacted a couple of other totes. There’s no damage to this materials within the totes, but the totes themselves were slightly damaged. Unfortunately no one notified us that this occurred.

The price for these very small units is astronomical a month. My other storage unit at other facility for a 10 x 30 is 164 a month. Also, after getting the storage unit upon bringing my two children and driving a half hour to get there from our home, we discovered that both of our storage units were locked with a new lock and no one ever notified us until after the fact. It was extremely inconvenient and should have been communicated if they were putting more locks on our unit that we were unaware of. Especially with two small children and driving two different vehicles to get our belongings. They should have given us the right locks in the first place and then not notifying us and just putting locks on our unit was absolutely inconvenient and upon talking to staff, they were unapologetic and did not answer with text message after the fact or even apologize. The facility was clean and easy to access but aside from that I will not ever get a storage unit here again.

One locker is broken and does not close. We didn’t find out until everything was loaded in. I had to put my lock on with it not being latched. I’m very concerned my things will be stolen but there was no option on the phone for help and the store has closed. The online rental was very convenient and very easy, especially with a busy work/life schedule. The only recommendation I have is when we got to the facility, when we input the access code, it said we were denied access for not checking in. This process could’ve been more clear and explained better. There was also a lock on our unit. Luckily staff was at the facility on a Sunday and we arrived during working hours. They were able to unlock the unit and explain how to gain access. If we were there when service wasn’t available, we wouldn’t have been able to get into the unit through the door or into the unit. Perhaps putting together an introduction video on how to gain access at this facility?

Secure and convenient location. Staff always pleasant, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Card access and sign-in and sign-out worked well and were reassuring. Temperature was well maintained. Facility was frequently dirty, especially around the entrance but also in the access ways inside. Trash often on ground outside and would be there for days to weeks. Trash in restroom often overflowing. The facility served our needs well and is a secure facility with an excellent staff. However there is room for improvement in terms of cleanliness.

The above questions were answered honestly, Mt biggest problem with my storage unit was there were 3 flat beds parked very close and in fact interfered and obstructed my access to my unit. I was told the flat beds were parked there because they were covering holes in the parking lot. THERE WERE NO HOLES IN THE PARKING LOT.! Then I was told the battery had since died and they were unable to move the falt bed. for the3mo I had the unit except for the first 2 weeks access was clear and easy. WHEN I WAS ABLE TO REACH CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE LOCAL OFFICE always went to voicemail during business hours. I guess they were short handed. I ended up emailing and was able to communicate that way

Staff always rude, Staff unhelpful and many times my unit was double locked when they received regular payments just because they did not remove the lock after 1 payment being late. Moved out recently and I had paid a full month and did not receive the remainder of the month back prorated which is insane with what you pay for these units. Would not recommend anyone use uhaul storage.

My only drawback… getting in touch with the store location, was not easy. We would always get routed to the national number, and it was a pain… also, the app doesn’t work AT ALL! Other than that, Meg’s team were great!

Only problem was that there was only one Employee working and after finishing the required paperwork and signing the contract and making payment, I had to wait more than 45 minutes to be shown to my 2 units since other customers arrived and needed help being processed. There should be more than one EE on site to take care of this issue.

Overall facility was well lit, but the sensor lights in the aisle with our unit were out, so it was a bit dark to see. The light did not work for the duration of our rental; the person who showed me the unit noticed when it was rented, but for the month we were there it was never fixed. the door was very hard to shut and lock. I have rented from you before with no issue. The employee had to try a few times himself to shut it. Inside the unit the wall had several very long screw points sticking into the unit, so you could not put boxes of clothing close to the walls or risk puncturing the boxes and damaging items. Also, it was very easy to bump into them and cut yourself. Building and unit were very clean and safe, but the other unit I had was much better.

We reserved a 25 ft truck for a 9 am pickup on 9/1. When we got there, there was no truck available. We were told to come back at noon, which we did, and there was only a 15 ft truck available. We had carefully laid out plans, had hired extra help, and ended up working and paying overtime on the Friday before a holiday weekend. Overall, other than the customer service rep being very nice, this was a terrible experience. We also had to rent another truck for Wednesday 9/6, which will cost us even more money.

I appreciated the warm indoor storage unit for moving during the winter months. It was well lit, clean & I felt safe every time. Heather and Cassandra we’re absolutely excellent. It was a very stressful four days doing a power move across state. It was so nice having friendly smiling faces on my final destination end of the journey. They helped me out also by upgrading me to a larger unit as the one I originally had would definitely not fit my stuff. They did it so quick because they knew I had paid help coming in 10 minutes. Then they even came back and checked on me to see how I was doing.

The old Kmart was converted to indoor storage. The drive up/indoor loading are is excellent. The units are clean and well lit. The staff was helpful in answering any questions I had. I am very pleased.

Computers were not set up. Made a reservation for a 10x15 but because it was inside could not use it as I arrived late afternoon after driving 3.5 hours from CT. Inside storage was only available until 4pm so we had to use a 10x10 located outside and it rained most of the time we were unloading. Glen was very helpful but only could do what he could do. Was not happy with this but everything else was okay.
