Only comment is that latch system on the door was extremely difficult to secure. Also you could use a few more push carts. All of them were taken (by one customer) when we were moving out. The staff iwas extremely professional throughout our 18 month rental. Thank you for re-using an old K Mart building!!

Travis W | First ImpressionsWhen we pulled out the remaining totes from the storage unit, noticed that one smelled like cat pee, which is odd because we do not own a cat and apparently there was some tile damage from the ceiling that’s impacted a couple of other totes. There’s no damage to this materials within the totes, but the totes themselves were slightly damaged. Unfortunately no one notified us that this occurred.
