Your 24/7 mobile pick up was a bit shaky at best. I took pics of the truck to show things that concerned me and they would download but when I went to the next side of the truck and took another pic the first pics from the other side of the truck disappeared. Also when I went to take pics of the odometer and gas levels when picking up the truck for my own records and then tried to go back to the U-Haul app it went back to the beginning but said I was good to go which was a little confusing as I did not think I had completed the pick-up process.Jeffrey P.
No signs. I drove up and down the street looking to this location. Turns out it is in an old K-Mart building. I dropped the truck of around 4:30pm or so and I had until the next day to drop off. I am being charged $20 for after hour drop off. NOT HAPPY ABOUT THIS!!!Chris C.
We dropped off our truck after business hours and left the keys in the drop box. It all worked out fine but was a bit strange to just leave it without checking in with a person! We returned the truck with 3/4 tank of gas as instructed but it looks like we were charged for it.Susan S.

Was a bit bothered that the fuel gauge was marked as 7/8 full but was actually just over 3/4. Was in a rush and didn't go back in to correct. Ended up costing me 2 gallons.Joseph G.

If only the U-Haul Business would update their system and communications .. dealing with a local service is NOT a problem it is when you have 5 different people taking calls and no one knows what is going on nor can they keep track of what is going on! We were overcharged because our order for 2 26' trucks and 1 auto carrier got divided up by the system! this was all one order and suppose to be picked up on the same day and your people who were not from the stores in Glens Falls (Exit 18 and Dix Ave) messed everything up. It was a nightmare for us! On-line changes were not updated and phone calls from too many who had no idea what was going on!! Only people a person should have to deal with is the local place they are picking up from and even at that our Rep had to work around a system that wouldn't give accurate info and update as it should have!!!steve M.

Glen was very helpful. Hooked up the trailer and I didn't have to do a thing to it the entire 1850 miles over five days. And it was loaded to the MAX weight! Trailer was well maintained with what looked like brand new tires and greased fittings all around.BRIANDANIEL I.

My reservation was almost 45mins late and no one was at the location when it was open for business per the hours listed. Called their phone number and the woman I spoke with wanted me to reserve my rental again. Although the truck was clean to the look, it had a foul smell in the cab.Michael C.

Truck was there but the key wasn't! We were originally told to pick up the truck in Warrensburg after 7pm- after business was closed. After much stress and waiting for uhaul to figure it out we were directed to this uhaul location 25 minutes away. All went smoothly from there.Joseph B.

We drive to the scheduled drop off location and when we got there we were asked to bring the trailer to a different location. This caused extra amount of time and miles of back tracking. If they wanted us to bring it to an alternate drop off location we should have been notified ahead of time. The personnel were not very accommodating or helpful. Sorry but not impressed with the drop off process at all.Anne M.

The tow dolly had a broken tail light and the fender mounts were partially broken on the left side. There wasn't another tow dolly available, so I took what was offered and fixed the tail light. En route, I had to stop for repair at the U-Haul facility in Dupont PA because the front fender mount broke completely. This made it possible to complete our trip.John W.
