Very rude and unhelpful ended up wasting 2 hours because the lady didnt want to assist my mover with online app instructions insisted we needed to do in store with a major credit card i reserved online and once done she harassed us outside demanding a key she had nothing to do with we put in the drop box per online she was very unprofessional

Why did uhaul send me here ? I wanted someplace alot closer to Arlington, tn . Uhaul's website sucks big time. If there were a rating to getting the run around uhaul would get 10 out of 5 stars. You did not have a 20x10x10 storage available that I reserved . You only had a 10x10x10 unit a 2 5x10x10 units bad taste in my mouth for that.

I had a storage unit on the property and had to have 24 hour access (of course) but when I showed up to unload the truck, that wasn't working. 24 hour numbers did not work locally so I only reached national customer service that were sympathetic but unable to help once the local phone numbers went unanswered. So I ended up having to reload everything I had unloaded from the truck and drive back where I came from. I had to spend another couple of days finishing up and hire people and pay them again. This could have resulted in costs of several thousand dollars since I failed to meet a deadline. I had to put more mileage and days on the truck. Lost my time as well. When I asked to have the overcharges adjusted, I was ignored.

Booked online. Site guaranteed truck size selected and dolly options. Truck size not available upon arrival. No appliance dollies were available. Had no other choice than to move a 3 bedroom house in a 10' truck! Many trips needed, therefore inflated gas usage. Also, dropped the washing machine due to not having the proper dolly. Employees were unsympathetic.

The truck had transmission issues and had to stop 3 times to cool it down. This truck should not go out again until checked out. The was reported to drop off location.

The first truck assigned could not be driven due to a brake failure. The second truck also had brake issues and the power steering went out on me.

Customer service was awful. My mother and I had to find the customer service representative. She was sitting outside on her phone and she didn't give us any directives on how to return the truck. We had to ask for help. Than found additional damage on the truck that wasn't reported. The next morning, I received a call from the location stating they have the key, but I didn't return the truck! I had to tell Ashley were the truck was on their own lot! I will never go back to this location!

The truck I smelled awful .... should have never have rented out ..... I deserve my money back didn't use the truck brought it back because of smell and the lady at desk informed that someone had dead animals in the back of it and that's why it smelled.

I had to walk in the hot sun all the way to the end of the parking lot with two bags of furniture covers to get the truck I was told was being pulled up to the front of the store. All young adults running the store and need more adult supervision

Truck was banged up pretty good. Drivers door was bent and location reminded me to close it pretty hard to make sure it latched. Every time I opened it I could hear the metal bending more.

The emailed receipt I was sent requires a special app to open. This is annoying and unnecessary, simply send the recpt. in the clear as an attachment so it can be opened without any special apps.

Nicole and Elizabeth at the Austin Peay location in Memphis, Tn were AMAZING. They both went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Elizabeth ensured my initial attitude, do to my frustration of my truck initially not being available, yet she remained calm worked the situation out and make things happen. I had an issue, with the movers I booked through the site not coming to actually unload my items after ripping me off and this caused me to have to return the truck later than expected. Elizabeth guided me through how to reach movers.command file a complaint as well as was BERY understanding about the situation and even remained calm when my reservation not being completed on time cause her next customer to miss their appt., due to those movers not retiring to finish the job! She literally exceeded my expectation and Nicole is just as warm and welcoming as ever.These two ladies ROCK, and Uhaul should be proud to have them on the team!

My vehicle was not ready at the pickup time I requested, and it took over 1/2 an hour to finally get it which cut into the time I reserved the truck. Also, no where on the website did it say I had to pay a $100 deposit either. That should be made clear when making a reservation. Will not use UHAUL again. In-store employee seemed bored and generally unfriendly. As for COVID, not a single employee was wearing a mask, and there was no hand sanitizer at the counter—there was a bottle of hand soap but considering there isn't a sink I have no idea how that is at all useful.

Nicole was excellent!!!!!! She could not have been more helpful!!!!! She actually met me outside as I was pulling back into the parking lot to check in. Also, the other gentleman there helped carry my 50 boxes out to the truck and it was a very HOT day!!!. The high ratings are directly related to this location, but my overall experience was NOT great! YEs, the truck was clean! However, the truck was really hard to handle. Some play in the steering wheel and the brakes did not seem to work as well as I would have liked. It made it difficult to judge not hitting the car in front. ...and by the way, I was not going more than 55 at any time on the interstate and took as many back roads as possible. IT was just slow to get going so I avoided a shorter route so that I did not have to fight with more breaking and taking off from red lights..... Also, I had originally rented at Midgard in Oakland, but the previous renter did not return the truck. I was on hold for over 30 minutes with 800 go uhaul. to get it straightened out and get another truck. but the folks at MIdgard were as helpful as they could be.

The one female worker was very nice. I think they could all use a class in hooking up the chains to the truck. You never twist the chains to make them shorter. If that is company policy maybe U-Haul needs a management change.

The staff at this facility were so rude and disrespectful. Manager never available when I had a complaint. Young people are so unprofessional, and the company should require more training, when it comes to customer service. Even if the customer is not right they should not argue with them, especially in front of other customers. If I could, I would not give this facility 1 star.

I had left the previous U Haul location without my loading material, they called me and told me to talk with my drop off location about a refund. When I arrived they said they already put up the supplies that i never picked up so i was refunded, but the refund was not in my account. When i stated that another person gave me a phone number to call the get more information about my refund but when i called the phone number it did not work.

Fire the Raleigh TN. Transaction crew! Total lack of any customer service skills. Displayed a very unconcerned, zero enthusiasm , language (basic english) enunciation was disgusting, and when I asked if the truck cab had been sanitized the response was “ I dunt no”. The truck had not been properly prepared, windshield riddled with bugs, seats & arm rests dusty and dirty, floor was barely swept if at all , packing material from last(?) customer left behind driver seat. I could go on but the problem all started when my pick up location was moved from My Home Town to the Raleigh location, the comment I got from Raleigh rep was “ it's only 18 miles away”. I had made the reservation well in advance to have the equipment at My Home Town location. In my opinion the ‘traffic management decision' to change my pick up location was a bad decision. I'm Disappointed in U-Haul , as this is not my normal previous experience with U-Haul. I'll not use Raleigh location or recommend to others. R/ L. C.

When something is ordered and reserved, it should be available. I had ordered an appliance dolly and when I got there they were all gone. Also you should not have to go to another office where you ordered pickup.

The truck was clean in appearance, but it had a strong unpleasant odor in the cab and back. I feel that the back should be mopped before another use especially since the Covid 19.

I rented a Uhaul at 6pm on 6/20/20 and returned the vehicle at 8:25pm to the current location. I logged on to the Uhaul share portal but I only gave me instructions on where to park the truck and were to place the keys. I was charged $465.11 for miles that I did not use in error. Once I called they said they will issue a refund but it would take three to five business days. Then they corrected the mileage and then charged my card $6.27 for the difference of them checking the vehicle in. So now my Holiday plans have to be cancelled and I'm left responsible for overdraft fees because of their error!!! I was told by the Manager Elizabeth that it was nothing she can do but I can fill out a request form and she would only give me $35 for that one transaction and nothing more!!! This is the worse experience I have gone thru in my 31 years of life!!!
