Running lights on trailer did not work. Confirmed was a trailer issue, not a truck issue. Was pulled over for said issue. No one at the store wears a mask. Was charged for 3 days even though I had it for 2. 1st time going to this location in a long time. Will not return

Best employees I've met at uhaul in long time. Facility, like others is understaffed. Facility too tight to maneuver. Store is bland as heck. Need music, TV or something because you are always in line and process seems slow slow.

I did not set this rental up so I was not aware there was no place for me to leave my car. My GPS also did not get me there. If you don't already, I'd suggest you discuss those two issues with people when they setup a reservation. The people I interfaced with there were very nice and professional

Three tow dolly's were at this location, two had lighting issues and I was told it was my vehicle. Had their maintenance guy look at it and told me it was a wiring issue with my SUV. Went home tested with my boat trailer and had no issues. Went back to the store and tried the third trailer and had no problems. Was then told the only tow dolly that worked was for local use only. Manager did approve to use it. The service team was helpful but the maintenance guy SUCKS.. Doesnt keep equipment functional then blames your vehicle rather than doing his job.

We reserve a 26' truck since Thursday for pick up on Saturday on the phone with a representative and she guaranteed us that the truck will be available. We even received an email stating that our 26' truck guarantee and will be available for pickup at 10 am. We hired two movers, got there to get only a 15' truck which was not able to carry all our products. Don't make promises you cannot keep. Treat customer with care.

Have Rentes from U Haul b4 n Also from this location. Quick checkin. TRUCK - Wreaked of Smoke - NOT GOOD 4 Someone w ALLERGIES.. After returning The Very fast checkout receipt by email never arrived. Next morning went to the location. Finally, after l looking in the truck ( At my insistence ) IT was found the Email Receipt had not been sent. There was a $ 90 overcharge in my mind. Jess - Doubled checked the mileage. She found the numbers scrambled - Great. She processed an immediate credit showed me on the e-screeb. 3 Days- later - NO $ returned yet. Hopefully, just a blink on the screen. However, I ran into 2 people at my local Bank. Both had similar experiences. Beware and Check Your return documents. Would Rent there again - wont tell others like I have - but - Buyer Beware !!!

Everybody at N5th street location was incredibly helpful and friendly. I could not have hoped for a better experience from the woman issued me the rental van to the gentleman who inspected my van on return - I would highly recommend this location and it's employees - thank you Wes A.

The line and wait time to turn in the trucks closer to the end of the day are ridiculously long. I had to wait outside of the compound in the middle of the street before getting into the compound.

Was disappointed with the system. Seems like there were problems with the computer that day. Had to wait over two hours before getting the truck we had reserved and the line was super long. The employees and manager were trying their best but overall it wasn't a pleasant experience. You need to find an easier way.

All my belongings had mouse pup all over, the mouse ate my new mop, moving out day was agravering, the man that works they park a truck in the midle and I was waiting for him to MOVED so I can continue driving to my storage unit to removed my belongings he was talking there with the other workers, he saw me there standing waiting for him to moved the truck after tired of waiting I got out of my van and told him to moved the truck so I can continue removed my thjngs out of the storage, finally he did, then Iwas putting the code to open th he gate, and the gate didn't want to open I try 4 times, I saw the man that works there outside I ask him why the gate don't want to open he put a code in to try to open the gate and didn't open, then he realized he park one of the trucks to closed to the gate that the truck was preventing the gate to open, everytime we put the code in the gate was hitting the truck, what a mess!

There was rat feces and urine over half of my belongings that I had to leave, including my queen bed. No one seemed to care. It turned out to be a lost for me. I have to repurchase items.
