Staff not very customer friendly. Told me the store was closed when I needed help but I was able to gain access through open sliding doors. Call 20 minutes ahead of drop off and noted I would be a minute or two after 7 pm store closing time and needed help with removing trailer and they offered no assistance but was in the store with another customer. Would not recommend this location.TAMICKA N.
I contacted customer service about my experience. Both the associates at the location and on the telephone told me they could not assist with a partial refund for errors in the paperwork that resulted in a $60 gas surcharge because the paperwork was incorrectly filed. When I picked up the truck it only had 3/4 of tank and the paperwork stated the tank was full. I uploaded a photo and when I returned the truck it was expected to be at full. I did not receive 10 gallons of gas and was left on the hook when dropping the vehicle off. I would like a refund for the gas and inconvenience of this error that was not resolved.Michael S.

Update each truck with scratches made by a customer at the time they do a drop off it is very important. because they gave me hard time saying that I scratched the truck even when they have a picture on their system to verify it wasn't me, the truck was scratched when I picked it up. They Made me feel bad like everything was my fault and make me feel guilty in just 15 minutes. They were also telling me that the photo was not clear to see the damage. They also told me that they don't like when people don't purchase insurance. After they made zoom in the picture there realized the scratch was there at the time that I picked up the truck.RICKY C.

I was redirected to this location due to the fact that the 24/7 location I chose didn't have the 15' equipment that I needed. This location was 10 miles from my original request, so I called U-Haul to complain. They told me that the good news is that the new location opens at 7am, so I can go right to the counter. NOT TRUE. The don't open until 9am. So, I opened my U-Haul app to check in using my phone. Well guess what? That app can't complete the deal. It just kept spinning. I couldn't check out. A little chat box came up to ask if I wanted to chat live. I said yes and entered my details. NO ONE CAME ONTO THE CHAT AFTER 20 MINTUES!. So, I called the main number that was provided if there were any questions. Nobody answered that phone! So, i called the location (where I sitting in their parking lot). Someone answered from some central location, not my local location. They said "no problem, I will help you right away". They put me on hold for 25 minutes. Finally, someone came into the location where I was and they checked me out. They didn't have the hand truck that I ordered. I will wait to see what my credit card statement says but I suspect that they will over charge me. My credit card company sends me alerts when charges are made and I got a charge that doesn't make any sense with respect to the deal that I made with U-Haul. What a horrible experienece!!!FRANCIS P.

I Got charged after hours drop off $20 I try to online return but app not even open its probably don't have enough signals on my phone And it's big Location But they don't even let you park your car there lot they asking you park your car couple blocks there other storage locationsKENAN K.
Shorter waiting period in lines, and possibly some type of program that gives discounts, or extra time with rentals, or a free basic moving kit starter package, possibly offer the opportunity for free 1our service movers to get heavy or bulky items out and the disabled would be grateful blessed and can finally get to keep all of the things they struggled to. The truck wasn't running properly all the way to SC but we made it. A tow truck driver came to our new house in SC and looked at the truck and said he â€œreset the computer but had NO WAY of knowing whether or not it fixed the problemâ€. It did NOT. The girl on the phone who handled my roadside claim told me the tow truck driver submitted information to Uhaul claiming nothing was wrong with the truck (which was a lie, someone lied). My brother drove the un-road-worthy vehicle 10 hours back to PA from SC. Ofcourse it broke down on him in the middle of no where on rt 81 in VA and he proceeded to fix a belt which jumped off the pulleys... with his BARE hands. He had no tools with him. We specifically told the roadside people the truck was unsafe and we requested another truck for my brother to return to PA, at which point we were DECLINED. I want compensation for my brothers time and our overall headaches. Our 9.5 hour trip from PA to SC took 13 HOURS because of that truck AND an overall lack of care for our time and safety.
