I forget the gentleman's name I worked with but I picked up the auto transport and dropped it off to the same person. He was A+ in my book very pleasant to deal with. The process was quick and seamless. The location itself is a bit difficult to get trailers in and out when there are other people there also renting equipment that they may not know how to maneuver. Rented a auto transport trailer, unit had damage to the fender and was very greasy around safety chains and frame. The Lady at the counter was very helpful and addressed the damage right away and apologized for it not being taken care of before the rental.kevin R.

Major customer service training is needed! The manager/owner should not be in store to greet or deal with people, her condescending attitude is horrific and she is setting her staff up for failure. The lack of leadership and poor customer service are a poor combination for a business that deals with people. Customer service training is needed as the GM is less than enthusiastic to assist a new customer. The team is only as good as their foundational leader and to say I have had better service at a corner store in the inner city would be an understatement. Maybe she should be required to see herself on camera to understand the energy that she gives off. It is almost as if she doesn't want to be there. From the first woman I moderately ignorantly clashed with, to the cheerful younger girl who received the vehicle, and the charismatic young man who was already inside it registering it. Good people. No receipt provided during drop off due to the volume of customers in the location resulting in a rush to process hence not providing all pertinent documentation (i.e. a receipt to show what was actually used and any refund owed to us). After drop off we were called stating there were damages. The driver returned to speak with the associate who had to consult with the manager and ultimately it was determined that pictures were not taken prior to pick up and the damages were already there. Online reservation indicated cost would be $34.00, check out cost at location said cost would be $52.00. Returning the vehicle after 1 1/2 hours, 30 miles and same fuel level, cost was over $70.00. All my belongings had mouse pup all over, the mouse ate my new mop, moving out day was agravering, the man that works they park a truck in the midle and I was waiting for him to MOVED so I can continue driving to my storage unit to removed my belongings he was talking there with the other workers, he saw me there standing waiting for him to moved the truck after tired of waiting I got out of my van and told him to moved the truck so I can continue removed my thjngs out of the storage, finally he did, then Iwas putting the code to open th he gate, and the gate didn't want to open I try 4 times, I saw the man that works there outside I ask him why the gate don't want to open he put a code in to try to open the gate and didn't open, then he realized he park one of the trucks to closed to the gate that the truck was preventing the gate to open, everytime we put the code in the gate was hitting the truck, what a mess!dominga R. | Overall Experience
