Make the check in process much easier to understand and streamlined. Could not find the barcode for several minutes walking around. It's way too small. It wouldn't work for several attempts trying to photographic. had to call the 1-800 number for help. finally got it done. Could have been a much faster experience

The service was speedy and efficient and the vehicle was clean and in good condition when I arrived to pick it up. The only minor complaint is the practice of receiving and returning a vehicle with a 7/8ths gas tank, it would be so much easier to receive and return with a full tank.

I was pointed to the parking area and told to unhook the trailer by myself, a 67 year old senior with a bad back. When I said I'm not doing it I got a look back that would melt steel. He eventually unhooked the trailer.

We were charged more than we were led to believe we had to pay.We have talked to people within the company and have not received a sastisfactory answer. We would consider this dishonest practice and would not use uhaul again nor recommend it to anyone.

Extremely in convenient location... no customer parking, narrow lanes, rental equipment everywhere... Staff member kept complaining about how Edmonton reserved a trailer that they didn't even have... Reservation system was difficult to use... automated attendant hung up after waiting on hold

You changed my order 4 times within 24 hours. This was the worst vehicle rental experience I've ever had. 1st change was to a place that is 3x farther than my originally selected rental location. 2nd change was for an entirely different time (from 9am to 4:45pm) and to an even further away location. I was also notified less than 12 hours before my moving day (extremely stressful). 3rd change was the following morning after I had spent 2 hours on the phone the night before. After being assured a truck was booked, the next morning I was told there was no truck. awful awful awful experience

I only used the truck for 10 km and was surprised to see when gassing it up when finished that it cost me $20 to fill it up. I don't believe it was completely full as expected when I left with it. I know that it's difficult to know how full it is by looking at the gas gauge and some people will cheat knowing this.

My stunk of dog and cigarettes I had my kid with me it was gross. It was an AFTER HOURS PICK UP so the staff did not have a chance to see it before I used it.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND. I HATE THIS COMPANY SO MUCH. YOU PREY ON PEOPLE JUST TRYING TO MOVE AND GET THEIR LIVES TOGETHER. FIRST YOU CANCEL MY ONLINE RESERVATION BECAUSE YOU DONT ACTUALLT HAVE THE TRUCK I RESERVED ON SITE. YOUR WEBSITE SCREWED ME AROUND SO MUCH I HAD TO CALL TO GET AN APPOINTMENT SET UP. OUR REP DIDNT EVEN PUT THE FURNITURE COVERS I PAID FOR IN THE TRUCK BUT HAVE I BEEN CHARGED? YOU BET. WAS YOUR APP WORKING FOR CONTACTLESS PICK UP? NOPE. WAS ONE OF YOUR FEMALE REPS EXTREMELY RUDE TO ME EVEN WHEN SHE WASNT EVEN THE REP HELPING ME? DEFINITELY. SHE LAUGHED AT ME AND SNORTED WHEN I DIDNT UNDERSTAND YOUR CONVOLUTED PROCESSES AND THEN SNAPPED AT ME WHEN I WAS DISAPPOINTED THEY DIDNT HAVE THE DOLLY I HAD PREPAID FOR AND RESERVED. I WAS A HALF HOUR BEHIND SCHEDULE THANKS TO ALL OF THIS. THE REP TOLD ME TO HAVE THE TRUCK BACK BY 10. WROTE ON THE FORM 930 BUT I'D RESERVED IT FOR 8 HOURS SO YOU DO THE MATH EITHER WAY IT DOESNT ADD UP. AND THEN. YOUR APP DOESNT WORK ON IPHONES TO RETURN THE THING. THERE IS NO RETURN BUTTON. SO WE DID IT THROUGH THE WEBSITE AND DESPITE OUR LOCATION SEEVICES BEING TURNED ON IT STILL CLAIMED WE DIDNT AND IT COULDNT FIND US. AS FAR AS IM CONCERNED YOUR COMPANY HAS SCAMMED ME OUT OF MONEY, TIME, ENERGY, AND I HOPE YALL ARE HAPPY. CONNECT ME WITH A MANAGER NOW.

I was bumped out of my original reservation for a space (the last one that was left) (5 x 5 x 10). I was able to persuade the staff to solve this problem for me. They offered me a bigger space, with one month free, and to let me know when the originally reserved space is free again. I expect staff to take care of transferring the items to the smaller space, once it become available. To me, this is only fair, after I spent hours on Saturday ensuring that this space was reserved, since it was the last one available. The staff were very helpful in finding a good solution, which I really appreciate.

After moved my stuff into unit I noticed 2/3 of the hinges on the door were broken. The employee forced door shut and said if U-Haul couldn’t fix next day I have to move units. This is Unacceptable.

Last week, I found that the storage's door was crashed and the locked was damaged. I couldn't open the door. No one reported this to me. And, I found a lot of mice dropping on the floor too.
