My storage experience was great. I have not one complaint. My things were very well secured from theft, pest, and temperature/humidity control. All my things were well kept. I love it. I would use them again.
Mrs. Johnson was very helpful,polite,well mannered,and quite informed about her facility and others as well.Although she was not able to accomodate my wife and I,she made it possible for us to obtain the service we required. In my opinion Mrs. Johnson is the BEST.
The manager needs to work on her customer service skills. She was very rude to a customer for misunderstanding what she was trying to say and one of the employees started crying because of the way this manager had been treating her. This was an experience I dint care to ever go through again.
Initially, I found it odd that a reservation was not a confirmation, so I went into the facility. The person who helped me was great! We got it all straightened out and confirmed.
Storage location clean and well maintained. I believe the organization can do a better job training the store manager. She is well competent and serious and passionate about “her” storage, but leadership training would be helpful to staff and customers.
That Mg is disrespectful and don't know how to talk to people did read the paper work to me . i thought that the truck was for three day she said she was 📞 the 👮 on me they made a mistake. I rent a trailer first they put it on a different number so I did get that right the person the phone had everything incorate the was made at me The mg was talking bad about the other work to me she charge me for being late plus I mop the truck out and close it and it was hot it small . I had my own dally she charge me for one of my kids pulled it with the TV. This happen 7/6
Only complaint was the entry We had to unload was very BAD... It was 2 staggered BOARDS on ground, at doorway that we tried to push/pull dollies over, and more times than not, many of the times, items fell off The cart. Very difficult moving in......
I lost my locker key and i can't get in my locker they told me to get in my locker i have to pay $50-60 dollar i already spend 300.00 for the mover and the sale man said it. Look live my storages is to small i still got stuff in the truck
The sales rep Damien (1510 Torrence Ave Calumet City, IL), was more than helpful and quite knowledgeable about your products and services. We are Extremely happy with our experience. Thank you U-Haul and especially Damen for all of his assistance.

I rented a storage unit on Friday, 1/31/20. I moved items on Friday and Saturday for several hours each day. I was questioned each time prior to entering the unit about my payment status.
Make me have to buy a lock Newman had a lot I just didn't think it was appropriate whisper my money the put a lock on a
customer service and the manager are great!
Jessica was very helpful and professional. Kimber(I think that was her name) was also very helpful. Thanks to both of them for their help to make my stressful day better.

Didnt have my reservation despite my emailed confirmation #. Needed to contact manager off-site to walk them thru my order, & needed to give them my credit card 3x. Took 1 hour total just to reserve.
