Water got inside the container and my bookshelf was sitting in water for who knows how long. Now the bottom looks like crap. Probably won’t use U-Haul pods again since they are NOT sealed well enough to keep water out of the pods. They changed my dates multiple times which was annoying cause I had to change my plans multiple times.

Eugene AI was stopped by a County Sheriff because one of the back taillights was out even though they checked the lights before I left the lot. Long story short I went on an 800 mile trip with one of the taillight out. I relied on the guy who checked the lights and said I was good to go. When I dropped it off in Englewood they found broken wire on the harness,

Peter QI moved to this storage from another storage. Because my work schedule is crazy hours. I was told in person by the employee. That I could access this place 24 hours day. That's the entire reason I moved here. And I was lied too. Now I'm paying triple the price i was paying for the smaller unit that I can't even access past 9 or 10. So I'm beyond unhappy.

DAVID KThe agent when I rented the trailer asked me to park it back in the trailer section which is a little further away from the office. When I return the trailer another associate confronted me after driving up on me really fast in a company van thinking I was stealing the trailer yelling. What are you doing? What are you doing. I've already filed a complaint with a reference number.

KEVIN NI was told that my box would arrive between 930-1130a and it didn’t. When i called to find out what was going on, I was hung up on twice and then when I finally got to talk to dispatch, they told me there was no way I was scheduled for that time, even though I got an email. Then they told me the driver isn’t answering them so they 1, don’t know where my pod is and 2, they don’t know what it will be delivered. I had people at my home to help me move just standing around for three hours and had to pay them for that time, for doing nothing. My pod finally arrived at 3pm. Then, the manager of the facility said I could have it at my place until at least 4pm the next day, but they picked it up around 11am. Unreal and terrible experience with this place. so disorganized and terrible customer service.

Robert MGuess was a mix up with what trailer i rented. Was told could return to any u-hual including the small ‘’ma and pop shops’ but not so. First one said i had wrong trailer.. second one said was extra charge to leave there since they weren’t notified.. ended up going to a haul dealer.. couple towns away.. about 3 hours out of my day to return… other wise all was good.

Ryan BUsing Uhaul U-box was so slick! It was the perfect size for what I needed to move. I definitely didn't even open 2 or 3 of the furniture pads and they ended up being in the way more than useful so my only thing would be a few less of those but that is such a small thing it's almost not even worth mentioning. Great experience overall.

Carlton DI had to go to this location because my original pickup location was closed even though it was supposed to open at 8:30 which is why I choose that location. When I called, she said she was not coming in for the day and I could just check out a truck with the app. I was scheduled to pick up blankets so that would not have worked. She called an employee and he stated he go to the location and assist in 45 minutes. That would have been 10 am. This was totally not acceptable and because I had to change locations, I had to depart a day later than anticipated.

WILLIAM WThe amount of gas they said we had is not what they put on the contract. The truck they gave us started with less gas than what was on the contract now U-Haul is trying to force us to pay a fee due to that.

Upon return, the employee stated they could not disconnect the trailer because they were not strong enough. I just had back surgery and had to do it myself. Uncle Vic was extremely helpful and knowledgeable by suggesting the right size storage unit and quickly getting my needs met especially since I had just driven close to 600 miles and was extremely tired. The other staff on site was helpful in getting my U-Haul rental taken care of after having a bad experience with U-Haul the previous day in Gulfport and Biloxi. This experience was above the excellent rating awarded.

I wanted a drive up unit and reserved a drive up until and they told me reservations don't matter and gave me a inside unit upstairs that leaked so.my stuff got wet. Then both times I have to get a trailer from them they said it had to be round trip and not one way. The first time they fixed it, but this last time they refuse to fix it and only wanted to give me a 5 hour rental of the trailer. Also because I never heard back from customer service like I was told when I call them I have to drive 3 hours with an empty trailer on the expressway to return it. I will never deal with that uhaul again

They rented me the smaller size and the location moved to a second floor down narrow hallways. It is not feasible to move furniture to that location so I had to cancel the reservation. Very disappointed.

After all I'm giving uhaul my business and money, not saying I'm special or important, it's just a way to talk and carry yourself when representing a company. Customer service ain't for everyone. There should be a class on how to conduct yourself and how to talk to your customers. Other than that every thing was fine. Now the first night I came into the facility a young man names Kaheem helped me and he was very helpful and professional.

Would had been more simpler to do all different transaction at same time. But the guy was nice.

When I moved out, many of my items were ruined due to a dry rusty residue that had dripped from the ceiling during the months that I was using the storage locker. I didn't hear anything back regarding my concern about the leak and how it had been handled. I'd like to be reimbursed for the damage done to my things.

My disappointment comes from the lack of customer service. There were 2 very helpful employees unfortunately, I do not know their names. But the employee that I had the most contact with was was a younger, heavy set, black man who walks really slow, processes sales, rentals, and checkouts super slow. This man is surly and acts like he could careless about anything. Why is an employee wearing sunglasses while assisting customers at the register inside the building? Additionally, Uhaul needs to hire additional team members to support the business that this location does.

Didn't have an appliance dolly for me to use because I had ordered one, couldn't find another U-haul store to rent one from, which set me back on loading & leaving out. Had me going to these places, burning gas for nothing. No lock was provided once I got to the correct storage unit. The information giving to me by St. Louis U-haul was horrible. I would recommend the U-haul storage unit in Tennessee on Gallitan Pk.

LaShonda G | First ImpressionsFor the most part, everything was clean and well-maintained. Sometimes the bathroom needed more attention. Some people just don't know how to clean up after themselves. Sometimes some people left the garage a mess, with the trolleys in different places, you'd have to go find one, Sometimes there was trash, or water, or broken objects that someone didn't want, sometimes it seemed like no one paid attention to the garage after a busy weekend. But for the most part, this U-haul was very well looked after. Every time I saw something and told the management about it, they looked after it. The entire team is Excellent.

The next day an extra lock was put in my door and the office would not return my calls or contact me about getting the key or any of my concerns. The original storage unit I had was in direct sunlight and was extremely hot even though I had paid for a climate controlled unit. They moved me with no issues. The staff was very nice. The carts were very convenient. The lights didn’t work right where my unit was. The sensor for the lights was all the way down the hall. Not a huge deal but I had to walk into the dark before the lights came on so may be a safety issue. If I needed a storage unit again, I’d definitely use Uhaul. The sign up process was quick and easy. I was locked out of my unit once, but when I checked in at the office I was told everything was fine and I was on autopay. My mother even received a delinquent letter. I checked in at the office, and was told autopay was working. No one could explain anything. Why was I charged late fees?
