I walked into the U-Haul office storage facility without knowing Uhaul offers storage, thanks to the helpful staff at the Rivergate location. They quickly and efficiently got me a unit, and the prices were very reasonable. The facility is always clean and smells great, and the friendly staff makes you feel welcome. I highly recommend this place if you need storage. The team is amazing!

TOCCORA H | First ImpressionsI had issues checking in with the mobile app for my UHaul truck rental. I have an out of state ID and my references were not being called. The app agent canceled my reservation for some reason, but the on-site office was able to get me set-up within minutes. After loading up my storage unit contents, I made a second visit to the on-site office to check out of my unit. Another quick and seamless process. Every employee I encountered was friendly and helpful. I rented out a large outside unit from September 2025 to April 3, 2026. Outside of one hostile incident with another rentee in December 2025, my storage unit visits were met by friendly staff who offered assistance with a smile. Mr. Perry took care of my concerns for the isolated incident upon his return as he was out of state during that time.
