The personnel here are very friendly and efficient. My only comment is that the truck I was given needs to be taken out of service soon. It has over 170K miles on it and I was fortunate I only needed it for local needs under 50 mph. The steering is shaky and this truck would be exhausting to drive on any longer, one-way rental.Kevin O.
I was stuck in a snow storm and returned trailer after hours 5 hours late. Would be nice to have a pro rated charge instead of additional full day charge. Also, like to rent express checkout for trailer like a car where you just go the yard, select the trailer then have person in yard finish contract. Why go inside and stand in line and wait?Glenn T.

The truck was pretty banged up. There was also hardly any gas. We had to fill up before we could start our move, which delayed our schedule. I recommend that trucks have a full tank of gas before pick up.Nelson C.

The key in my truck would sometimes get stuck in the ignition, but that's to be expected from a truck with almost 200,000 miles on it. It was clean but someone left their nasty sweatshirt behind the drivers seat. Overall it was nice thank you so much!Alyssa D.

Everything at the U-Haul location was great; however, the corporate U-Haul online site did not accurately represent vehicle availability. For example, the online site stated that the vehicle I wanted was only available for a limited time. The actual location had three vehicles available, and the time was not limited. I rented a small trailer for a 6 hour time span. I returned it within the 6 hours and was charged for 5 days! Instead of @$28 it was @$142. Now Uhaul has tied up my money because I have to wait for the refund to come through for their mistake. This transaction was not done correctly. I should not have been issued a refund. Uhaul should have voided the original overcharge! I'm extremely frustrated that not only 1 very huge error but twice! Now my other finances are behind.Mistakes happen, I understand that. The "turn-in" process is unnecessarily cumbersome and difficult to navigate. Why should I need to set-up a U;-haul account to turn-in the vehicle? Why not just use the Contract Number as the identifier to turn-in the vehicle. Why the separate charge for "after hours" returns? That is a feature I especially liked but nothing was said up front about a late turn-in "after hours" separate fee - it was a hidden charge and unfair.david B.

I received the truck with just under a 1/4, which in the first place is non sense. Didn't realized you would be so critical about the return so didn't take a picture cause my contract showed at 1/4 a tank. I drove under 40 miles, put 4 gallons at a gas station right next to the return location. Returned with the exact same amount as received and got charge a 30 dollar fee plus a fuel charge for 4 liters. Ridiculous, fill your trucks. When first booking my storage unit, I went through the online request process where I got to choose a unit on the ground floor from those showing they were available. When I showed up in person to sign the papers, I was told the unit I chose did not exist and that there were no longer any main floor units available. Within 2 weeks in late November and early December, had to replace my debit card 2. I spoke to someone online was told my December payment was over due need to pay around 250. Curicumstance I could not drive there I spoke to Bithany Manager at U Hall Rochester Rd and Tienken, she waived the late fee, gave her my Visa debit card # it went through.
