How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe check-in process was over an hour for me, which intern cost me money with my movers that were sitting in a Moving truck waiting for me to come out after the check-in process. My entry code would not work several times and I had to go back in and speak to the gentleman that was working behind the counter.

Fortunately, my unit was small therefore the increases didn't break my bank account but I was disappointed.. Other than that, I was very happy with the amenities. Good job U-Haul!
