We did self drop off and left key in keyboard but process was very easy!
April SI tried to reserve the trailer on line but kept running into issues such as not knowing why the trailer was not offered to me at the location I wanted to pick it up when it should have told me that the trailer I was wanting was not available there. Tell me it's not available, don't just not list it. I went to another U-haul location and had them assist me make the reservation. He was helpful and made my reservation for me and got no business from it. Not at all happy with the online experience.

nicholas b | First ImpressionsWay too cold inside for a climate controlled facility. 60 degrees is too cold especially when it's freezing outside in the dead if winter. Their storage prices are too high for this.
