Nothing. The self pickup was easy and fast. Van was clean and ready to go. Self return was also easy and I ended up paying less than anticipated. I will definitely recommend this uhaul location and use it again if necessary.Carla E.
This is not a fully developed U-HAUL store. There is even no dollies. The gas tank is 1/4 full, which makes the customer's life so difficult. I had to go to a gas station right after getting the truck. And it is so difficult to for customers to return the truck with 1/4 of tank full, no more no less. I ended up with 1/2 tank of gas when I returned the truck. But I never got refund for the extra gas.Haibo L.
This location is really out of the way. More locations to pick up one-way trucks would be a big plus, and adjust the mileage allowed if you force customers to go to a different location than they requested.Jason W.

The location and the people were fine, it's uhaul I wouldn't recommend and am about to launch a social media campaign against. I was accidentally overcharged $20. William west at the store tried to credit my card but wasn't able and said to submit a CAF request with uhaul. Nobody returns my many emails, I waited all day for a call back and was hung up on and nobody called me back and your chat feature doesn't work, horrible experience. Wasted an hour, half at store half from home trying to do self return as after hours and the app wasn't working, no help, and a few hours via phone and email since trying to get in touch with someone. What I wouldn't recommend is using U-Haul through the website. Next time, if the location is closed, instead of going through the website, I'll find another vendor.William D.
I never received the furniture pads I paid for in my truck, however atleast my vehicle was there and ready for me so that was nice. Drop off was really easy too.Michael L.

This store was either closed permanently or abandoned and undergoing serious renovations. There was no lock box anywhere outside the building, so we had no idea where to put the key. Turns out the lock box was locked inside the building, which was not staffed and not open. Not only that, but when making the reservation I requested dropping it off at the same place I picked it up. Upon picking up the truck,we discovered that this was not an option and we would have to drop it off elsewhere.This new location was not only completely out of our way, which burned a lot of gas and therefore my money, but should not have even been an option in the first place. Quite honestly, this whole experience was just poorly executed and added multiple extra hours to my move that were completely unnecessary.Marissa B.
