This was my First time renting a storage unit ever. I received a free month with my truck rental which was nice. My only problem with this whole experience was I was not told when k rented the unit that I first needed to go when the rental office was open. We were in the middle of moving and the office was closed by the time we went to the storage unit. We stood outside trying to get into the storage and nothing worked. The access code that was provided in the app didn’t work and we kept getting denied access. We then say a sign that say if you need help text the manager if it is after hours. We texted the number provided and explained the problem. We NEVER got a reply. Not even to date, it’s been almost 2 months. The whole process of getting the in the unit initially was very stressful. I also find it very unprofesssional to provided a number for help and then be ignored.

I had easy access to my storage area and there was a fantastic loading and unloading dock area with several cards that could be used to move my storage bins and other storage items.
