Great location, appropriate sized units and fees, and temperature controlled was the best feature. I needed too access unit during extreme weather conditions and did so with ease. HIGHLY Recommended!

The gentleman who helped me on Sunday 4/20 was extremely helpful and kind even though I arrived close to the end of his shift. I was surprised at how clean the facility was and appreciated having immediate access to the unit.

Bryan was super helpful and friendly. He gave me a heavy discount by upgrading from the 4x8 to the 5x8. I had safety concerns on a previous trip when I had a wobbly old trailer, and he addresses this by switching the equipment rental to a newer trailer. He said he took care of all his trailers. 5/5 service. Please give Bryan a raise.

I couldn't access the storage on my first day. No one was available to help. I call the 24h phone number I was given and a girl hanged up on me. She does not know nothing about how to help me. I had to leave my stuff in the uhaul truck until the next day to go back to the store.

There was no lights. During the past couple of weeks. I think the lights were burned out near my unit. I spoke to guy and he said he couldn’t do anything about it. Also the entrance door was never locked and I was told it was broken. Not good at all. Because anyone could get into storage area.. I didn’t feel safe when I was working there.

I had a good experience at this Uhaul. Very clean units, helpful staff, and good parking. Mary, the manager is as good as it gets. She was respectful to me when there was an issue and she handled it quickly. If I ever needed storage again I would use this location.

All of the above boxes should have had another option other than yes and no but maybe it should have had a box saying something other than yes or no. Anyway other than that no I would not suggest anyone uses the inside storage units I would advise them to stick to the outside storage units where they can actually get their stuff from their vehicle into the storage without having to walk up a whole bunch of stairs and downstairs it was so inconvenient because there is no elevator or lift it was so so so so much a bad experience. So again I would suggest people use the outside storage and not even consider for one second using the inside storage. But not only is it inconvenient to get your stuff in and out the lighting inside each individual unit really is not at all good and if I were to rate it out at 10 I would give the lighting situation at two.

I have used this storage location for the past four years and I have to tell you, the staff here is excellent. Extremely helpful and very kind, if I needed a storage unit again in the future, I would pick the Roxborough locations above any others closer to my house. Great job!

The staff is ignorant, I was conveniently overcharged, but no hesitation on locking my unit when late. My belongings got infested with bugs. No light in the units and couldn’t see. The hours suck. Definitely not recommending & will share my experience with my social media audience.

The general 800 # did not actually reserve what I wanted but the reps at 8300 ridge Ave were able to reserve what we needed. Customer service at this location was excellent!!

The Roxborough office staff was very friendly and professional. The only issue I had was with the 800 call center staff. They give false prices and do not check to see if units are actually available.

I had a very good experience at the UHaul in Roxborough. The staff are professional, helpful and know their job. Rita and Mary are both excellent to work with. The facility was clean and well-lit. The only issue I had was that my rental - a large storage on first floor - had no lighting. It made it very difficult to find things or organize. Mary tried to help with some small battery-operated nightlights, but they did not shed enough light and very quickly burned out. Really needs lighting, especially as B1052 is very large. Thank you for an otherwise great experience!

My storage room had no lighting. I had to rely on hall light or a flashlight I would take to the facility when I needed something from storage. I think the storage is over priced with prices constantly increasing. It's difficulty to park after U-Haul added numerous storage areas and trucks.

When I made the reservation I was told I would be getting a first floor unit however upon arriving the unit was on the second floor without an elevator. Totally unacceptable. Unfortunately it was too late to find other accommodations otherwise I would’ve found a location with a first floor available.

Mice destroyed most of my belongings that were in there. I’m allergic to mouse droppings so I had to abandon most of my things I kept in storage there. Even the facilities guy on staff noted that every single thing was covered in mouse feces.

On 6/1/2021 Quincy had called me and stated that the storage unit I rented, the door was damaged. I agreed to a replacement with one month free. He also told me I didn’t need to have a lock and bring that back foe a replacement. On 6/2/2021, I arrived. Mike was at the desk. I walked in with 2 other customers. He needed propane and the 3rd needed boxes. Mike was flustered , and rude to me because of being stressed. Even though I was before them, and as I told him of the conversation with Quincy he said “he told me none of this and I have to take these other customers because it will take a half hour to go through everything with you”. I was placed aside so he could waif on other customers. When I finally did get to the desk. Mike was huffing and puffing about having to do this rental. I told him Quincy mentioned on the phone about the one month free and he said “ he never told me”. He then acted us if I was stupid to bring back the lock I purchased . I said Quincy said to bring it back because I didn’t need one, I don’t know - I never did this before. Mike was rude and talked down to me. He could not handle the stress of more than one customer. It was very uncomfortable to feel belittled in front of my son and pushed aside.
