The truck smelled like smoke and the seat was very uncomfortable and could not sit back far enough. Also despite booking weeks in advance, I still was not able to pick up my truck at my preferred location.

Amir S | Overall ExperienceI reserved a storage locker on 12/4 to begin my move in on 12/22. I even came to the facility on the 4th to ensure that my reservation went through and that all was well. On 12/22 when I showed up, I was informed that the manager had rented my reserved unit. Luckily they were able to provide two 5x10s instead of what I had previously reserved, but it was a bad look, overall.
