I put gas in by your recommended amount and still got zapped 2 gallons. If you always dispatched with a full tank customers could just return full instead of playing the guessing game which on the over all they know is a loosing game. Leaves a bad taste.TERRY B.

3rd uhaul i rented in less then a month from you guys and i went in explaining about my nightmare cargo van rental. Side door kept swiping open on the highway. Made an 1.5 hour ride 3 hours not to mention a box flying out of the vehicle and almost getting into a couple accidents. I not only expressed this to the employee but had him drive it so he could see for himself. Doors shut and locked it happened to him in front of me while he took two spins around. When he got out he called the manager who i over heard him telling that i came in talking shit. Then got offered $20 off my rental which i never even received. Thanks claudio and earl for the nightmare customer service after a nightmare rental. Ill continue my shit talking to corporate!GEORGE I.

My problem is with UHaul in general There are no locks with the trailers - WHY? the utility dollies are AWFUL for moving I ordered two dollies but only one was available and no one bothered to tell me that causing me to have to search for and buy another and better one myselfCassandra J.

I picked up my truck from this location using the self serve option through the uhaul app. The fuel gage on pick up was 1/4 tank and submitted pictures as requured by app. When I dropped off the app states that truck was full tank when i picked up which was completely false. The truck was only used for 6 miles where is the logic in stating that you need 3/4 of a tank for that amount of miles. Now the location is charging me an extra $72 for fuel and also was charged double for safemove. Very disappointed and still waiting for call back from this location to resolve issue. Do not recommend this location to anyone.mohamed K.
I rented the vehicle for 6 hour period (8am-2pm) when I returned it at 1:30 pm that Sam e day the lot attendant instructed me as where to park and to leave the keys in the truck that I would receive my final bill by email , when I received it the charged me for two rental periods I will return to the haul and hope they can fix this problemFernando R.

I would like to thank Tiffany & Earl for the excellent customer experience I had. The knowledge they share is a valuable asset to UAHAL . Both employees went out their way to assist me with my motorcycle trailer , Tiffany using her skill set to hook the trailer to my vehicle and make sure the lighting worked properly was awesome . You facility had a roof leak and damaged my items. I was told it my problem because I didn’t have separate insurance. I really don’t care what the contract says. You have a building that’s not maintained and that should not be my problem. I lost three months of Rent payments and thousands of dollars because I have to throw out all my items from the damage.
